| Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on knee joint pain after knee arthroplastyMethods:60 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee after arthroscopy were selected from the Department of orthopedics of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from November 2016 to November 2017.The patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and control group,30 cases in each group.Chinese medicine group:10 males and 20 females;aged 43 to 70 years, mean age 60.730±8.379 years;duration 0.5 to 10 years,mean(3.770±2.110)years;surgical knee total of 30 cases, including left knee 16 Cases, right knee in 14 cases;knee osteoarthritis X-ray grading,21 cases of gradeⅡ,Ⅲ grade 9 cases;Use Chinese medicine and Conventional treatment.Control group:8 males and 22 females;aged 46 to 70 years, mean age was 62.430±6.548 years;duration of 0.5 to 11 years,an average of(4.72±2.47)years;the total number of surgical knees was 30 cases,of which the left knee 14 cases, right knee 16 cases;knee osteoarthritis X-ray grading,Ⅱ grade 18 cases,Ⅲ grade 12 cases;postoperative conventional therapy. The results of VAS score and knee joint swelling were measured respectively on Before treatment and the first day,the third day,the seventh day and the fourteenth day after the operation. The results of the observation were compared statistically. Results:In the comparison of the two groups, the traditional Chinese medicine group was compared with the group of 14 days after treatment. In the VAS score, the VAS score of the Chinese medicine group was 7.267±0.143 points before the treatment, and the VAS score was 0.533±0.507 points after 14 days treatment. The statistical analysis was used to obtain the significant difference. The Chinese medicine group had a significant effect on the treatment of pain.In the swelling value, the swelling value of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 42.967±7.604mm before treatment, and the swelling value was 6.033± 1.351mm after 14 days treatment. The statistical analysis was used to obtain P=0.000<0.01,which had significant difference. The Chinese medicine group had a significant effect on the swelling treatment.Compared with the control group before and after 14 days of treatment,in the VAS score, the VAS score of the control group was 7.233±0.744 minutes before treatment, and the VAS score of the control group was 1.000±0.695 points after 14 days treatment, and the statistical analysis was used to obtain the significant difference. The control group had a significant effect on the pain treatment;in the swelling value,it was correct. The swelling value of the group before treatment was 43.200±5.635mm.and the swelling value was 10.700±3.064mm after 14 days of treatment.Statistical analysis was used to obtain P=0.000<0.01,which had significant difference. The control group had a significant effect on the swelling treatment. In the comparison between the two groups, the comparison between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group on the VAS pain score, the first days after the operation and the VAS score group were compared, the VAS score of the Chinese medicine group was 7.200±0.887,the VAS score of the control group was 7.270±0.828 points, the two groups were compared with the P=0.818>0.05 difference, and the Chinese medicine group and the control group were respectively in the control group. In the third, seventh and fourteenth days after the operation, the VAS scores were compared. The VAS scores of the Chinese medicine group were(4.700±0.750),(2.270±0.583)and(0.530±0.507)respectively at third, seventh, and fourteenth days, and the VAS scores in the third days, the seventh days and the days of the control group were respectively.(3.230±0.626),(1.000±0.695),compared two groups of data, third days, seventh days, fourteenth days of P values were P=0.000<0.05,P=0.000<0.05,P=0.008<0.05,all with statistical significance, the Chinese medicine group was better than the control group. The comparison and analysis of the swelling value of the knee joint in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group, the swelling value of the Chinese medicine group was 43.170±7.430mm,the swelling value of the control group was 43.270±5.650mm,the two groups were P=0.953>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant;the Chinese medicine group and the contra group were in the third and seventh days after the operation, respectively. On the fourteenth day,the swelling values were compared and analyzed. The swelling values of the Chinese medicine group were(35.470±7.830)mm,(18.730±4.480)mm and(6.030± 1.350)mm respectively in the third, seventh and fourteenth days of the Chinese medicine group, and the swelling values of the control group in third days, seventh days and fourteenth days respectively were mm,mm and mm,respectively.Compared two groups of data, third days, seventh days, fourteenth days of P value of P=0.000<0.05,P=0.000<0.05,P=0.000<0.05,respectively,all have statistical significance, the Chinese medicine group is better than the control group. Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine has a curative effect on arthroscopic joint swelling and pain after arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis. It can relieve the pain and swelling of joints after arthroscopic surgery. |
