Based On The Literature To Explore The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Hematuria

Purpose:By studying the literature on the treatment of chronic Hematuria with traditional Chinese medicine since the establishment of CNKI,wipnet,Wanfang medical network and Glomerulonephritis,in order to provide new basis and train of thought for clinical diagnosis and treatment,we summarize and summarize the rule of Chinese medicine prescription of chronic glomerulonephritis Hematuria.Material and method:From January 1,2010,to December 31,2020,documents related to chronic glomerulonephritis or integrated traditional and Western medicine were collected from CNKI,Wanfang medical network,wipnet and China Biomedical Literature Service System,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the important data related to Chinese herbal medicines collected were collected,and the frequency,frequency,sexual taste,channel grouping and classification of the syndromes and medicines were summarized,finally,all the results will be analyzed to find out the relationship between drug flavor,channel,classification,clustering and chronic glomerulonephritis.Results:1.According to the data,there were 4 TCM syndromes with frequency of more than 10%,which appeared 92 times in total,including deficiency of Yin and fire,deficiency of spleen and Kidney,deficiency of both Qi and Yin,wind and heat due to external infection,and 13 TCM syndromes with medication frequency between 1%and 10%,which appeared 93 times in total,they are spleen non-blood-taking,damp-heat accumulation,blood stasis,blood stasis,heat Sheng Shang Luo,heat-toxin accumulation,lower Jiao damp-heat,hyperpyrexia,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,liver-kidney Yin deficiency,liver-meridian stagnation and heat,spleen-kidney Yang deficiency,damp-heat Xia Zhu,qi-blood deficiency;The frequency of drug use in the remaining syndrome type was all less than 1%.2.There were 88 Chinese Materia Medica,37 of which were used more than 1%,and 51 of which were used less than 1%.The top ten drugs were radix Rehmanniae,Radix Rehmanniae,cortex moutan,Radix glycyrrhizae,Radix Astragali,Radix rubiae,Herba CIRSII,Radix Sanguisatidis,Herba ECLIPTAE,Radix Notoginseng.3.A total of 7 names related to drug properties were obtained.The highest total frequency was cold(29.02%>20%),the second was flatness(26.94%>20%),the second was temperature(16.35%>10%),the third was slight temperature(1%～10%),slight cold(1%)and cool(1%～10%),and the lowest was heat(1%～10%),the total frequency is less than 1%.4.A total of 7 names related to medicinal herbs were obtained.The highest total frequency is sweet,the total frequency is more than 10%,the next is bitter,acrid,Acerbity,astringent,light,the total frequency is 1%～10%,the lowest is salty,the total frequency is less than 1%.5.According to the data,12 Meridians and Viscera were obtained.Table 5 shows that the liver Meridian is the channel with the highest frequency,the total frequency is 24.6%>20%,the kidney meridian,spleen Meridian,Lung Meridian,Heart Meridian and stomach meridian are the next,the total frequency is between 10%and 20%Bladder Channel,pericardium channel,large intestine channel,small intestine channel and gall bladder channel were next,the total frequency was 1%～10%,the total frequency of triple warmer channel was less than 1%.6.A total of 14 first-class classification of Chinese Materia Medica were obtained.The highest total frequency is tonic drugs,followed by hemostatic drugs,heat-clearing drugs.The remaining 1 classes are all less than 10%.7 A total of 23 secondary classifications of Chinese Materia Medica were obtained.The drug with the highest total frequency was Qi tonic,followed by blood-cooling and hemostatic,heat-clearing and blood-cooling drugs.The frequency of the remaining second-class drugs was less than 10%.8.Five sets of results were obtained.A 1 was Anemarrhena,thistle,Cirsium Japonicum,Burnet Root;a 2 was Radix Rehmanniae,Cortex Moutan,radix glycyrrhizae,Fructus Corni,Poria;a 3 was Radix Notoginseng,Radix Salviae MILTIORRHIZAE,Radix Rubiae;A4 results in Yam,atractylodes Macrocephala,astragalus membranaceus and Agrimonia Pilosa,A5 results in Herba ECLIPTA and Ligustrum lucidum.Conclusion:1 The core drugs for CGN are radix rehmanniae,Radix Imperatae,cortex moutan,Radix glycyrrhizae,Radix Astragali,Radix rubiae,Herba CIRSII,Radix Sanguisatidis,Herba Polygoni Officinalis,Herba ECLIPTAE,Radix Notoginseng.2 Mix Heat and cold,make peace with peace.The main properties of CGN are cold,flat and warm.3 Empty to make up for the sweet,with the use of hard and hard.The main drug for treating CGN is sweet,bitter and acrid.4 Liver,spleen and kidney are related:regulating the liver is indispensable;kidney is the origin of the disease;Spleen is related.The common channels for treating CGN are the liver meridian,the Kidney Meridian and the Spleen Meridian.5 The treatment is based on tonifying deficiency and treating blood.Tonifying deficiency is divided into tonifying Qi and Yin;treating blood is divided into hemostasis,cooling blood and promoting blood circulation.The common drugs used in the treatment of CGN are qi-invigorating drugs,yin-invigorating drugs,blood-cooling drugs,blood-stasis drugs,heat-clearing drugs and toxin-clearing drugs.6 The treatment of CGN is based on the principle of removing excess and treating excess.The treatment should be based on differentiation of symptoms and signs,and the loss of vital Qi should be taken into account.7 The compatibility group is composed of Zhimu,Xiaji,Dajiji,Sanguisorba Officinalis,Baimao root,Ziyin bushen compatibility group,the main components are Radix Rehmanniae,Chinese Yam,CORTEX Moutan,radix glycyrrhizae,Fructus Corni and Poria Cocos;the compatibility group is composed of Radix Notoginseng,Radix Notoginseng and Radix Rubiae;the compatibility group is composed of Radix Notoginseng,radix Notoginseng,Radix et Rhizoma Curcumae;The main ingredients are atractylodes Macrocephala,astragalus membranaceus and Agrimonia Pilosa.The main ingredients are ligustrum lucidum and Herba ECLIPTAE.
