Study On The Law Of Prescription Of Stomachache By Famous Old Doctor Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Through collecting and organizing the relevant name old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in TCM literature treated from liver stomachache material,use of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system(V2.0.1)software,from stomach,liver diseases with the prisoner wind-cold,liver stomach stop,blood stasis,liver cold make stomach five card type of statistical analysis,summarize each card type conforms to the Chinese medicine theory of the law,the formulas for the treated from liver stomachache clinical medicine to provide new train of thought.Methods:Through the extraction of Chinese academic journal full-text database(CNKI),a database of ten thousand,the Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM)on treated from liver stomachache record,with the aid of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system software,establishing database of prescription,and then separately from the stomach,liver diseases with the prisoner stomach wind-cold,liver stomach stop,blood stasis,liver cold stomach five card type analysis,statistics on drug use frequency,four gas mixed,belong to the common drug combinations,using association rules analysis and drug between degree of confidence,and core drug combination entropy clustering analysis based on complex systems,and then using the entropy level of unsupervised clustering to New mining.Results:117 articles on the treatment of stomach from the liver were collected from modern articles,and 153 cases of treating stomach from the liver were sorted out.Data mining and analysis were conducted on 153 cases using the TCM inheritance assistance system,and the following results were obtained:1.The 153 cases involved 123 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the drugs used were mainly warm,followed by cold and flat.The drugs were mainly pungent,bitter and sweet,with emphasis on liver,spleen and stomach meridians.2.153 were selected into the medical cases,involving 123 drugs.By frequency analysis to extract the basis for the treatment of treated from liver stomachache in high frequency of 29 herbs(select frequency of 20 or higher),sorted by frequency from high to low are:radix paeoniae alba,radix bupleuri,radix glycyrrhizae,bitter orange,yanhusuo,green husk,pinellia,rose,fruit,dried tangerine or orange peel,incense,sichuan evodia rutaecarpa,bergamot,rhizoma coptidis,citron,radix aucklandiae,radix rehmanniae,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,radix scutellariae,cortex moutan,salvia miltiorrhiza,cuttlefish bone,nine incense,magnolia officinalis,radix curcumae,dangshen,dandelion,abliflora,these is our commonly used drugs for the treatment of stomachache.These medicaments have more with stomach,dredge liver,clear liver,line spirit,active blood,clear heat to wait for action.3.Commonly used combinations of drug pairs:(1)a total of 66 cases involving liver qi and stomach syndrome were included in the group,involving 63 traditional Chinese medicines.(2)a total of 42 cases of liver and stomach heat retention syndrome were included in the group,involving 76 traditional Chinese medicines.(3)blood stasis and stomach-stopping syndrome were included in a total of 17 cases,involving 36 traditional Chinese medicines.(4)a total of 15 cases of liver,stomach and Yin injury were included in the group,involving 40 traditional Chinese medicines.(5)there were 13 cases of liver cold invading the stomach,involving 25 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the combination of evodia officinalis skin,chuanxiong,hedgehog skin;Turmeric,angelica sinensis,sichuan neem seed,Perilla stem.(2)six new prescriptions were found for liver-stomach heat reserve syndrome:qingpi,rhizoma corydalis,tangerine peel,corrugated seed and wood butterfly;Pinellia ternata,gardenia,alisma orientalis,magnolia officinalis;Raw rehmannia,licorice,radish seed,rhizoma cyperi;Gentian,coptis,cortex moutan,arctium lappa;Sichuan melia fruit,immature bitter orange,fritillary bulb,ginger;Sichuan neem fruit,rhubarb,fritillary bulb,ginger.(3)three new prescriptions were discovered for the syndrome of blood stasis the liver.By sorting out the medical cases and using data mining technology,the results obtained provide a new therapeutic idea for clinical treatment of stomachache pain2.Through the analysis of the common drugs for the treatment of stomachache pain from the liver,it was found that an old Chinese doctor used more drugs for the treatment of stomachache pain from the liver,such as stomach,liver soothing,liver clearing,activating,blood circulation and heat clearing3.The new prescription of treating epigastralgia from liver is consistent with the experience of famous and old TCM doctors and the principles of TCM treatment.It has certain clinical guiding significance for treating epigastralgia from liver4.The inheritance and assistance system of traditional Chinese medicine was used to explore,analyze and summarize the experience of famous and old Chinese medicine in treating stomachache from liver,which is conducive to the spread of famous and old Chinese medicine clinical experience.
