Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rules Of Professor Liu Zhuo In The Treatment Of Children With Tic Disorder

Purpose:Using the method of data mining,to explore the prescription group rule of Professor Zhuo Liu for the treatment of pediatric multiple tics,and to analyze the results combined with the clinical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis and ideas for the clinical treatment of pediatric multiple tics.Material and method:1.To collect children who visited the outpatient clinic of Prof.Zhuo Liu in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese medicine and diagnosed with pediatric multiple tics from September 2018 to August 2020.Basic information and prescribed medication of the children were entered into a Microsoft Office Excel form.2.The prescription drugs were analyzed by statistical software Excel for frequency and frequency,and the data were analyzed according to the Chinese medicine’s sexual taste,meridian,and efficacy based on the above results.3.Cluster analysis of high-frequency TCM was performed using SPSS 25,and all involved drugs were subjected to association rule analysis using IBM SPSS modeler 18 to summarize the drug combinations commonly used by Professor Zhuo Liu.Results:1.Of the 102 patients,78.4% were boys and 21.6% were girls,the male to female ratio was about 3.6:1,and children aged 7-12 years had the highest prevalence of 65.7%,followed by children younger than 6 years,at 23.5%.2.A total of 844 prescriptions,involving 122 traditional Chinese medicines,were analyzed by frequency statistics,resulting in a total frequency of 17649 prescriptions.(1)there are 17 kinds of Chinese herbs which use more than 300 frequency.The top 10 flavors are Glycyrrhiza,oysters,uncaria,keel,Paeonia lactiflora,Acorus tatoricus,Poria cocos,pearl mother,Radix Japonicae and Radix Ophiopogon,and the frequency is more than 800 times.(2)122 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into 16 categories,among which Pinggan Xifeng medicine is the most widely used,followed by Buxu medicine,jiebiao medicine,Qingre medicine,Anshen medicine,etc.;according to the efficacy,there are 176 kinds,among which Pinggan Qianyang medicine is the most frequently used,followed by Xifeng Dingjing,Ningxin Anshen,Shugan Jieyu,Bupi Hewei,Jianpi Yiqi,Qinggan Xiehuo,Mingmu tuyi,dryshi Huatan,Kaiqiao Huo Phlegm and so on.(3)122 four Qi of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is dominated by flat sex medicines,followed by microcallic and warm natures medicines;Five Herbs with Chinese sweet taste have been used the most,followed by bitter and pungent flavor,respectively;and one herb belonging to Chinese meridian,Chinese liver meridian,followed by lung meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian,and spleen meridian,respectively.3.Through drug association rule analysis,it can be concluded that Prof.Zhuo Liu’s treatment of TS was a basic core prescription based on oysters,hook vine,keelback,white Shao,gladiolus,Poria,nacre,Ni Gancao,scrophularis,Ophiopogon and albicaena bark.4.Drugs occurring at a frequency ≥ 100 times were plotted into dendrogram and ice column diagram by cluster analysis and classified into ten major cluster formula: C1 oyster,hook vine,longgu,Paeonia alba,gladiolus,Poria cocos,nacre,Zhigancao,Scrophularia Scrophularia,Ophiopogon japonicum,and Acacia leucocephala;C2 foshou,bupleurum falcatum,sayuan seed;C3 yam,bran stir coix seed,bran stir white,stir fried white lentil;C4 chrysanthemum,Gegen,mulberry branch,calcined cassia,shenjincao,semen acetivorans;C5 Chen peel,stir fried leishmanii,forsythia,pyrocrataegus,pyromalt,Jiao six Shenqu;C6 stir fried stiff silkworm,tulip;C7 wood butterfly,chantui;C8 simyi C9 Fushen,zhebeimu;C10 laifuzi.Conclusion:1.According to the statistical analysis of 102 cases of children with TS by data mining technology,it is concluded that Professor Zhuo Liu’s medication for TS is mainly composed of drugs for calming nature,drugs for calming the liver and calming the wind,and traditional Chinese medicine for entering the liver meridian。2.Oyster,Uncaria rhynchophylla,dragon bone,white peony root,Acorus tatarinowii,Poria cocos,mother of pearl,fried licorice,Scrophularia,Ophiopogon japonicus and Albizia julibrissin are the basic core prescriptions,which can be added or subtracted according to different symptoms。3.The overall treatment principle is to give consideration to both deficiency and excess,and to treat both the symptoms and the root causes.The main treatment methods are clearing liver fire,calming liver wind,smoothing Qi,calming mind and tonifying spleen and stomach。...
