Based On The Theory Of "no Phlegm, No Dizziness", Professor Yu Rui's Medication Rules For Treating Phlegm-dampness Type Hypertensio

Objective: To apply data mining technology to mine and summarize the literature of China Knowledge Network database and the medication pattern of Professor Yu Rui in the treatment of phlegm-dampness congestion type hypertension.To compile and analyze the frequency of use,types of efficacy,and nature and taste of drugs commonly used in the treatment of phlegm-dampness congestion hypertension.To summarize the principles of medication used by ancient and modern medical practitioners and provide new therapeutic ideas for clinical treatment.Material and method:All the literature on the treatment of phlegm-damp congestion type hypertension since the database of China Knowledge Network was established to November 2022 was collected;the effective prescriptions of Professor Yu Rui for the treatment of phlegm-damp congestion type hypertension from September 2020 to November 2022 were collected.After importing the collected materials into Excel and the TCM Heritage Assist platform,statistical analysis was performed on the frequency of drugs,the attribution of meridians,the four qi and five flavors,and the pattern of drug use.Results:1.Results of literature study1.1 The study included 210 papers with 221 prescriptions involving 186 flavors of Chinese medicine,and the frequency of occurrence of single-flavored drugs was accumulated as 2475 times.The top ten drugs used in modern Chinese medicine for the treatment of phlegm-damp congestion type hypertension were Semen,Poria,Atractylodes,Tianma,Chen Pi,Glycyrrhiza glabra,Zhuru,Zedoary,Danshen,and Ginger.The commonly used drug efficacy categories are deficiency tonic,phlegm-relieving,cough-suppressing and damp-diffusing drugs.1.2 In modern Chinese medicine treatment of phlegm-dampness congestion type hypertension,the most commonly used drugs are classified as spleen meridians,followed by stomach meridians and lung meridians.Most of the drugs used are sweet,bitter,and pungent in taste.The common medicinal properties are warm.1.3 In the modern treatment of phlegm-dampness congestion type hypertension,the addition and subtraction of Han Xia Bai Zhu Tian Ma Tang is commonly used,and the main idea of treatment is to strengthen the spleen and resolve phlegm.2.Clinical study results2.1 The study included 96 prescriptions of Professor Yu Rui for the treatment of phlegm-dampness congestion type hypertension,involving 187 flavors of drugs,and the frequency of single-flavored drugs was accumulated 1895 times.The top ten most frequent drugs were,in order of frequency,Sempervivum,Poria,Zhulu,Shenqu,Hooked vine,Coix seed,Tianma,Xiangxiang,Citrus aurantium,and Almond.The commonly used drug efficacy categories are phlegm-relieving and cough-relieving drugs,liver-quenching and wind-quenching drugs,and water-relieving and damp-diffusing drugs.2.2 In treating phlegm-dampness congestion type hypertension,Professor Yu Rui used the most drugs that belong to the spleen meridian,followed by the liver,stomach,and lung meridians.The flavors of the drugs used are mostly sweet,bitter and pungent.The common medicinal properties are warm.2.3 Professor Yu Rui’s treatment of phlegm-damp congestion type hypertension not only makes good use of phlegm-cleansing drugs such as Han Xia and Zhu Ru,and water-permeating drugs such as Fu Ling and Ze Di.At the same time,he also pays attention to the influence between "wind-heat and phlegm",and adds Tianma,Hooked vine,etc.,to calm the liver and calm the wind,and Xia Ku Cao,Scutellaria,etc.,to clear the heat,on the basis of phlegm.Conclusion:1.It can be seen from the results of literature mining that traditional Chinese medicine uses more warm products in the treatment of hypertension,including the spleen,stomach and liver meridian,making good use of phlegm,cough and asthma drugs,water and wet drugs,and mostly taking Gastrodia elata soup as the base.Its main purpose is to control the blood pressure by invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi,regulating and protecting the medium coke,resolving phlegm and dewetting.2.Professor Yu Rui follows the theory of "no phlegm,no dizziness",and pays attention to the three directions of "wind,fire and phlegm".He uses phlegm,cough and asthma,and liver qi,deficiency and heat-clearing drugs.While expectorant to prevent further formation of wind phlegm,fire phlegm.3.Based on the "social-psychological-biological" medical model,Professor Yu Rui believes that modern people are prone to stress disorders due to the external social environment,leading to liver depression and qi stagnation.Therefore,Professor Yu Rui,on the basis of invigorating the spleen and reducing the phlegm,increases the use of drugs through the liver,which can not only relieve the liver and relieve depression,but also regulate the qi machine to reduce the production of phlegm and dampness.
