Research On The Construction Of Competency Model Of Stroke Emergency Nurses

Stroke ranks first in the incidence,mortality and disability rate in China,bringing serious diseases and economic burdens to the individual patients,their families,and the entire society.And most of patients missed the best treatment time due to treatment delays.Studies have shown that the stroke emergency nurses can effectively improve the current status of hospital delays,effectively improve the efficiency of stroke treatment.Improving the job competence of stroke emergency nurses is very important for saving patients' lives and smoothly carrying out stroke emergency work.In this context,this article proposes to construct a competency model for stroke emergency nurses and clarify the qualities and abilities required for the post of stroke emergency nurses,and provide specific evaluation indicators for the selection and training of them.In this study,a total of 33 preliminary elements of the competency model of stroke emergency nurses were extracted through the literature research method and the post analysis method,and their definitions were explained;afterwards,these 33 preliminary elements were consulted by Delphi experts and questionnaires consulation method,and finally get 22 elements.Subsequently,the principal component analysis method was used to divide these elements into four dimensions:Intrinsic Quality,Professional Quality,Motivation and Self-awareness and Personal Traits,and initially constructed a competence model for stroke emergency nurse,and tested the reliability and validity of the constructed competence model.The results showed that the competency model of stroke emergency nurses with 22 competencies in 4 dimensions has passed the reliability test of Cronbach's coefficient and combination reliability,and the validity test of structure validity.Then,through literature analysis and group discussion,detailed grading standards were divided into various competency elements.Finally,based on the constructed competency model of stroke emergency nurses,this study analyzes the management optimization strategies of stroke emergency nurses from four aspects: selection criteria,training content,performance evaluation and incentive mechanism.
