Study On The Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Postoperative Complications Of Brain Tumor And Adverse Reactions After Radiotherapy And Chemotherapy

Purpose : To collect the literature on the complications of brain tumor and adverse reactions in the past 30 years,and analyze the laws of drug use using data mining techniques and methods.Moreover,based on network pharmacological exploration,the target and pathway of the treatment of cerebral edema after brain tumor,it provides theoretical support for clinical rational selection of prescription medication and experimental research.Materialsandmethods:1 Uses Chinese journal database(CNKI)and Wanfang medical network database as literature search source,using search engine search on the Internet from 1984 to treat brain tumor in nearly 2021(nearly 30 years),reasonably formulated into the standard and exclusion standard,the literature,extract selected prescription combination and drug composition,according to TCM,and TCM brain tumor chemotherapy later established the database.Using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),frequency analysis,correlation principle,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering algorithm,unsupervised entropy level clustering method,analyze the rules of relevant Chinese medicine rules,and analyze the hidden core drug pair according to the collected data,and evolve new party according to the above rules.2 Finds the chemical composition and action targets in Ze diarrhea soup according to the TCM system pharmacological analysis platform(TCMSP),constructs the compound-disease-target network,constructs the drug target protein and disease target protein(PPI),and then performs GO analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Result:1 This study included 102 documents,involving 68 prescriptions,12 meridians and 18 time prescriptions respectively.Of them,70,1 and 31.It was published between 1984 and 2021,and the major complications involving brain tumor surgery were brain edema,fever,headache,fatigue,hyperhidrosis,cognitive dysfunction,gastrointestinal response,movement,and sensory loss,etc.Adverse reactions involved after chemotherapy of brain tumors mainly include headache,fatigue,brain edema,oral ulcer,gastrointestinal reaction,exercise and sensory loss,bone marrow suppression,etc.Adverse reactions involving brain tumors after radiotherapy of brain tumors mainly include headache,brain edema,cognitive dysfunction,bone marrow suppression,dry oral disease,radioactive stomatitis,motor and sensory loss,gastrointestinal reactions,etc.2 The literature after brain tumor surgery involves 95 traditional Chinese medicine,769,the top five were astragalus,white,Poria cocos,licorice and Salvia miltiorrhiza;in the brain tumor complications,astragalus and Baiyao;the highest trusted combination were white and Poria cocos;the most associated drug combination were astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza;the core drug combination analyzed 11 groups and developed 8 new parties through the corresponding combination.3 After brain tumor radiotherapy,there are 69 Chinese medicines,516 times,the most frequent drugs are Chuanxiong,Niuknee,astragalus,licorice,white peony;in the treatment of adverse reactions after radiotherapy,the most frequent drug combination is astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza;the highest trusted drug combination is cream and no medicine;the most associated drug combination is Baiyao and Chuanxiong.9 core drug combinations were analyzed and 7 new parties were evolved through the corresponding combination.4 The literature of brain tumor chemotherapy involves 34 traditional Chinese medicine with167 times,the top five drugs were astragalus,Chuanxiong,Cordyceps sinensis,zetology,poria cocos;the treatment of adverse reactions after brain tumor chemotherapy is astragalus and white;the highest confidence combination is total scorpion and centipede;the most associated combination were Pinellia and zeoli.5 In Ze diarrhea soup,we selected 10 Ze diarrhea,7 active ingredients,brain tumor edema and 14 intersection targets,the construction of compound-target-disease network for brain tumor postoperative brain edema,the component-target-disease network has 45 nodes and100 sides,including 1 disease node,2 drug nodes,17 active component nodes,and 25 target nodes.Through screening,the core active ingredients have significant and potential action target associations between active ingredients such as glusterol,phytosterol,zeraxol,B acetate,and 23-acetylazeraxol B,C-23-acetate.The GO bioenrichment analysis yielded 56 GO entries.The main biological functions to participate in the project are protein connection,gene transfer,etc.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis analyzed 7 pathways,including tissue neural activity ligand-receptor interaction pathway,Calcium signaling pathway,lipid Conclusion:1 added and reduced traditional Chinese medicine based on Gastrodia elata soup,quadruple soup and gentleman soup,with remarkable effect in the treatment of brain tumor complications and various adverse reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.2 The addition and reduction of traditional Chinese medicine based on Zensoup and Wuling dispersion,and traditional Chinese medicine based on Pinellia Gastrodia elata soup and Fengyang soup have a remarkable effect on the treatment of cerebral edema after brain tumors.3 At present,the number of percutaneous and temporal brain tumor complications and adverse reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy is small,and the literature quality is uneven.The clinical application of percutaneous and temporal brain tumor complications and radiotherapy and chemotherapy adverse reactions can be restricted from the surgical method,pathological classification and clinical stages,but should be added and reduced on the basis of syndrome differentiation treatment,which can achieve good results.4 The most used drugs for postoperative complications of brain tumor are deficiency drugs,followed by blood circulation and blood stasis drugs and flat liver extinguishing drugs;the most used drugs for adverse reactions after brain tumor radiotherapy are deficiency drugs,followed by blood circulation drugs and wetting drugs;the most used drugs for brain tumors after chemotherapy are deficiency drugs,followed by blood circulation and blood stasis drugs and clearing heat medicine.The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for brain tumor complications and adverse reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy is flat,with the most sweet taste.5 Based on the complex system entropy clustering method of brain tumor surgery after the core combination of the combination of core medicine combination 11 groups,and through the corresponding combination evolution 8,brain tumor radiotherapy group using traditional Chinese medicine core evolution new party 7.6 Based on network pharmacology,the main active ingredients for preventing and controlling brain edema after brain tumor in Ze diarrhea soup are glusterol,phytosterol,B acetate,23-B、C-23-acetate,etc.,which mainly participate in biological functions such as protein connection and gene transfer.Signaling pathways involved include tissue neuroactivity ligand-receptor interaction pathway,Calcium signaling pathway,adipocyte lipolysis pathway,cholinergic synapses,myocardial cell adrenergic signaling pathway,CAMP signaling pathway,etc.
