| As society ages and urbanization continues to accelerate and prevalence of unhealthy lifestyles among residents,stroke incidence are dramatic climbing.The outbreak of stroke disease burden in China is growing,and it’s gender and geographical differences are obvious.Although relevant policies attach great importance to it,it is still necessary for the relevant departments to provide guidance and effective rehabilitation services to take enhance the quality of life after a stoke.According to <China stroke prevention and treatment report 2018>,it is speculated that the event rate of cerebrovascular disease in our country will increase by about 50% in 2030 compared with that in 2010.Comprehensive rehabilitation as the necessary means of treating stroke and its sequelae,The effectiveness of rehabilitation therapy is directly related to the prognosis of stroke patients.Based on this,the stroke patients were taken as the research object to observe the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on limb mobility function,quality of life and related biochemical indicators of stroke patients in this study.Objective:To explore the effects of 12-week comprehensive rehabilitation on the function and quality of life of limb activities of stroke patients,so as to provide more optimized comprehensive rehabilitation program for stroke patients.Methodology:64 stroke patients aged 50-80 years without significant complications from Shanghai first rehabilitation hospital were selected,including 50 male patients and 14 female patients.Comprehensive rehabilitation was administered to stroke patients for12 weeks of intervention,5 days a week.Assessment of limb function and quality of life in stroke patients and blood related indicators by detecting the patient’s homocysteine,fibrinogen,lipoprotein(a),total bilirubin,urea,albumin,serum calcium,C-reactive protein,Brunnstrom limb function assessment,FMA score,Berg balance scale,Barthel scale,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,Pittsburgh sleep index,And the above indicators were detected and evaluated after the experiment,respectively,so as to achieve the improvement of the condition of stroke patients and the promotion of physical health.Results:1.Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation on independent influencing factors in stroke patients: After 12 weeks,the levels of homocysteine,fibrinogen,lipoprotein(a),total bilirubin,and uric acid in the patients were significantly decreased compared than before(P < 0.05).The levels of albumin and serum calcium in the patients increased compared than before,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).C-reactive protein levels were significantly decreased compared than before(P <0.05).This can illustrate that 12-week comprehensive rehabilitation has a better improvement effect on the levels of related biochemical indicators in stroke patients.2.Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation on lipid metabolism indexes in stroke patients: After 12 weeks,the levels of total cholesterol and triglycerides in the patients all decreased significantly compared than before(P < 0.05).The level of HDL increased and LDL decreased,but there was no significant change(P > 0.05).This can illustrate that 12-week comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the level of lipid metabolism in stroke patients.3.Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation on limb function indexes of stroke patients: After 12 weeks,there was no significant difference in Brunnstrom staging(P > 0.05),The scores of FMA motor function rating scale were higher than before,and there were significant changes(P < 0.05),The score of Berg Balance Scale was higher than before,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).This can illustrate that 12-week comprehensive rehabilitation has a good effect on improving the limb activity ability of stroke patients.4.Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on body composition of stroke patients:After 12 weeks,there was no significant difference in BMI between male and female(P > 0.05).The skeletal muscle mass levels of male and female were significantly higher than before(P < 0.05).Although the percentage of body fat in men was lower than before,But there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The percentage of body fat in women was significantly lower than before,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).The bone mineral content of male and female was significantly higher than before(P < 0.05).The visceral fat area of male and female decreased,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).This can illustrate that 12-week comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the body composition of stroke patients.5.Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on the quality of life of stroke patients:After 12 weeks,the Barthel scale score of the patients increased significantly compared than before,and the difference was very significant(P < 0.01).The score of Hamilton Depression Scale was lower than before,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The score of Pittsburgh sleep index was lower than before,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).This can illustrate that 12-week comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the quality of life of stroke patients.Conclusion:12 weeks of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the level of biochemical indicators in patients with stroke,improve the level of physical activity of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.At the same time,it also proves that this comprehensive rehabilitation program is suitable for stroke patients to improve the disease. |
