Research purposes:With the deepening of the new round of medical reform and the great attention of the Party and the government to people's health,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed the implementation of the strategy of healthy China,and the demand for the medical and health industry is getting higher and higher.At the same time,at the national level,it is pointed out that efforts should be made to promote the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine,attach equal importance to traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and promote the formation of a situation in which traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine complement each other and develop in a coordinated way.Medical personnel are the main force of the medical and health industry and the main human resource wealth of the hospital.To some extent,the identification level of doctors for their occupation plays an important role in the stability of the medical and health talent team.However,at present,doctors in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine have a large workload,and the professional environment of doctors can not be improved,which leads to the low professional identity of doctors.Based on the public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine doctor of traditional Chinese medicine as the research object,compared to public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine doctors professional identity level and to analyze its influencing factors and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,improve the level of public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine doctors professional identity,to further promote the formation of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the medical service situation,At the same time,it can also improve the level of talent team in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and provide reference for the reform of human resource management in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Research methods:(1)Literature research method:Through policy sorting and literature research,the status quo and theoretical basis of domestic and foreign studies on professional identity and professional identity of physicians were understood,and the scale for this study was determined according to its main research content,research dimension and influencing factors.(2)Questionnaire survey:40 physicians were selected for pre-survey through field survey and questionnaire.Questionnaire was issued to physicians from three public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing.A total of 197 valid questionnaires were collected from the formal survey.(3)Mathematical statistical analysis:Cronbach's ?,KMO test,Bartlett's spherical test and factor analysis were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the presurvey questionnaire;Descriptive statistics,independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the factors affecting the professional identity of physicians by demographic variables.Structured equation,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods were used to explore the influence of social support,professional image and work autonomy on the overall professional identity of doctors in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the professional identity of doctors of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.(4)Expert interview method:the expert interview was conducted to analyze the results of demographic variables,social support,professional image and work autonomy factors that affect the professional identity of Chinese and Western physicians,and the reasons for the differences were discussed.Research Contents:This study takes the professional identity of doctors of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in three public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing as an example.Through a variety of research methods,the overall situation of professional identity of doctors of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is compared and analyzed and the influencing factors are studied.The research content mainly includes three aspects.One is a comparative study of the overall status of professional identity between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine physicians in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The second is to explore the comparative study on the factors affecting the professional identity of TCM and Western doctors in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The third is to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the analysis results,so as to further improve the professional identity level of doctors in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and provide reference for the reform of human resource management in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Research Results:The overall professional identity,social support,professional image and work autonomy of doctors in the three public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing are all higher than the median level,and the mean value of professional identity is 4.092,indicating that the overall professional identity level of doctors in the three public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing is relatively high.Meanwhile,the overall level of professional identity of traditional Chinese medicine physicians in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is higher than that of Western physicians.By analyzing the influencing factors,it can be found that gender has a significant difference in the professional identity level of traditional Chinese medicine physicians in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,while age and education have a significant difference in the professional identity of western doctors.The results of structural equation show that the overall social support and professional image of doctors in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine have a significant positive influence on their professional identity,while work autonomy has no influence on their professional identity.The correlation and regression results show that the social support and professional image of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine professionals have a positive effect on their professional identity,which is consistent with the influence results of the holistic physicians through structural equation analysis.Research Conclusion:Aiming at the difference of professional identity between traditional Chinese medicine doctors and Western doctors in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper expounds and explains the difference from three aspects:demography,social support,the influence of professional image,and hospital culture.At the same time,according to the analysis results of this study were from the government and colleges and universities,hospitals and doctors of traditional Chinese medicine itself will improve public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine physicians two groups the countermeasures and Suggestions of professional identity,to further promote Chinese and western doctors professional identity level,thus to form a mutual complement and fusion of Chinese and western medicine.As far as the government and universities are concerned,the government should strengthen the positive publicity to the coordinated development of Chinese and Western medicine.Colleges and universities should also cultivate medical students' interest in traditional Chinese medicine.As far as traditional Chinese medicine hospital is concerned,the hospital should create a good hospital culture atmosphere,effectively solve the difficulties in the work of female doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,and enrich their spare time life;At the same time,we should pay attention to the career development of western medicine doctors in public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and pay attention to the career development of western medicine doctors of different ages.As far as doctors themselves are concerned,they should establish a correct professional understanding and determine a reasonable career plan.Targeted study,and constantly improve their professional quality;And enrich their spare time life,improve the ability to resist pressure.
