Analysis Of Professor Li Jianmin's Experience In Treating Chronic Kidney Disease Based On The Thinking Of "syndrome Elements-prescription Structure"

Purpose and significanceThe purpose of this study is to discuss and summarize Professor Li Jianmin’s TCM syndrome management rules for the treatment of chronic kidney disease based on the thinking of"syndrome element-formula structure",and to obtain Professor Li Jianmin’s core prescription for the treatment of chronic kidney disease and the combination of addition and subtraction-The significance of this study is to optimize the ways and methods of TCM clinical experience exploration,inherit the experience summary of famous experts,and better serve the clinic.MethodsIn this study,380 patients were recruited from the outpatient department of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,the outpatient department of the nephrology department and the ward of the nephrology department of Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,and received the diagnosis and treatment of Professor Jianmin Li.The relevant prescription information of the patients was recorded,photographed and archived,and the corresponding content was recorded in the MSExce12016 document.The frequency statistics and frequency statistical analysis were performed on the basic data of patients,such as gender,age,primary disease and TCM prescription information,using IBMSPS StaticS20.0.Cluster analysis and association rule analysis among drugs were conducted by using the software "ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.3.8)"developed by the graduate student of TCM information in China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.In terms of basic drug use,cold,warm and smooth drugs were the most commonly used in the four qi of traditional Chinese medicine.The five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are the sweetest,followed by acerbity and bitterness.In terms of core group prescription,although there were differences among the core prescriptions under the four main syndromes,all of them were based on "raw Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,leech,Panax notoginseng,stiff silkworm,fescue root,and Plantago ovata " as the top core prescriptions.The compatibility group is divided into two types:original deficiency syndrome and identification syndrome according to the attribute of syndrome element.The common ingredients of this deficiency syndrome are:Ginseng,atractylodes,poria cocos,astragalus root,astragalus root,ginseng,cinnamon,radix bupleuri,cohosh ","cassia twig,lateral root","ginseng,astragalus membranaceus","wind,astragalus,atractylodes","white mulberry root extract,ginseng,phlegm,fructus schisandrae,radix ophiopogonis,","cooked rehmannia root,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,radix paeoniae alba,angelica,astragalus," platycladi seed,poly gala,atracty lodes,astragalus root ","wheat Winter,ripe rehmannia glutinosa","Radix Ophiopogonis radix,Angelica sinensis,raw rehmannia glutinosa,North Radix Radix Radix Radix","Ligastis Ligastis Fruit,Chinese Dolphin Lotus,Mulberry","Ginseng,dried ginger,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Aconite Fruit","Osmanthus branch,keel,Aconite Fruit","Schisandra Fruit,Radix Ophiopogonis Radix","Coptis coptis,Anemarhizae Rhizoma","Amosum Aconite,Aconite Fruit,Tortoise."The empirical common characteristics are "stiff silkworm,cicada,scorpion,leech,ground beetle","red flower,twotooth achyranthes root,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,salvia miltiorrhiza,frankincense,myrrh,notoginseng,mulberry leaf,radix bupleuri,radix scutellariae,platycodon grandiflorum,bitter orange,"attached,amomum villosum,combination "and" ephedra,cassia twig,asarum,dried ginger,peony,fructus schisandrae,","prepared rhizome of rehmannia,angelica," "pinellia,Ginger,Tuckahoe ","Fangji,Tuckahoe" and so on.ConclusionUsing relevant statistical methods,this study statistically analyzed the medication characteristics and prescription rules of Professor Li Jianmin in the treatment of different TCM syndrome types of chronic kidney disease.The results showed that professor li jianmin’s experience in treating chronic kidney disease was based on the core prescription of "raw astragalus membranaceus,salvia miltiorrhiza miltiorrhiza,leech,ginseng notoginseng,silkweed,white straw root and plantago seed",and the combination of addition and subtraction prescription based on the deviation of different syndrome elements.
