Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Xuantong Sanjiao Recipe In Treating Chronic Heart Failure With Yang Deficiency And Generalized Water Syndrome And Its Effect On NT-pro BNP

Objective: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuantong.Sanjiao Decoction on chronic heart failure patients with Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome and its influence on NTpro BNP inde x.Methods: 60 cases of hospitalized patients in cardiovascular de-partment of Hunan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selecte d.They met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for chronic heart failure,whose NYHA cardiac function grade was II-III,and TCM syndrome differentiation was Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given X-uantong Sanjiao Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 14 days of treatment,the changes of echocardiographic inde-xes,heart failure efficacy(Lee’s heart failure score),TCM synd-rome efficacy and NT-pro BNP indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results: There was no significant difference in general condition(gender,primary disease,cardiac function,age,course of disease) between the two groups(Ρ> 0.05),with comparability.The curative effects(echocardiography,the curative effect of heart failure,t-he curative effect of TCM syndrome,the curative effect of NTPro BNP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment(Ρ< 0.01),and the curative effect after treatment was better than that before treatment.There was no significant difference in the above efficacy indexes between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(Ρ> 0.05),with comparability;At the same time,the above efficacy indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared,which were statistically significant(Ρ< 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Conventional treatment combined with western med-icine can improve the clinical manifestations of chronic heart failure patients with Yang deficiency and water flooding syndro-me,and significantly reduce the NT-pro BNP value.If it combine-d with Xuantong Sanjiao Decoction,the curative effect is more s-ignificant,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.S o it can b-e considered that Xuantong Sanjiao Decoction has better clinic-al application value.
