Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of ginger partitioned moxibustion combined with Electroacupuncture in the treatment of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind cold obstruction syndrome),and to provide objective evidence for the clinical application of ginger partitioned moxibustion combined with Electroacupuncture in the treatment of this disease. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 patients with Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of wind cold obstruction syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group; The observation group was treated with ginger partitioned moxibustion combined with Electroacupuncture, while the control group was treated with Electroacupuncture alone;Do treatment once a day,10 days for a course of treatment, after a course of treatment rest for 1 day,a total of 2 courses of treatment.VAS score and Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis symptom scale score were evaluated before and after two courses of treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results:(1)Intra group comparison: VAS score and Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis symptom scale score of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: there was significant difference in improving the VAS score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and ginger partitioned moxibustion combined with Electroacupuncture group was better than simple Electroacupuncture group; After treatment, there was statistically significant difference in the improvement of Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis symptom scale score between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of ginger partitioned moxibustion combined with Electroacupuncture group was better than that of simple Electroacupuncture treatment group.(3)After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of ginger partitioned moxibustion combined with Electroacupuncture group was87.50%,and that of simple electroacupuncture group was 83.87%.There was no significant difference in the clinical total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The cure-markedly effective rate of ginger partitioned moxibustion combined with Electroacupuncture group was 53.13%,and that of simple Electroacupuncture group was 29.03%.The cure-markedly effective rate of the two groups was compared,P=0.052>0.05,The difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions:Ginger partitioned moxibustion combined with Electroacupuncture and simple Electroacupuncture can significantly relieve the pain degree of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of wind cold obstruction syndrome, improve the Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylotic symptom scale score of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of wind cold obstruction syndrome, and the combination of ginger partitioned moxibustion and Electroacupuncture is better than simple electroacupuncture; The total effective rate of the two groups was the same, and there was difference in the cure-markedly effective rate between the two groups, but the difference was not statistically significant.
