Clinical Research Of The Ginger Partitioned Moxibustion In Treating Bone Inhibition Caused By Chemotherapy

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the Ginger Partitioned Moxibustion intreating bone inhibition caused by chemotherapy.Methods：68cancer patients of bone inhibition by chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were treated with the Ginger Partitioned Moxibustion on GuanYuan-point,Qihai-point,Zusanli-point,Sanyinjiao-point,Dazhui-point,Geshu-point,Pishu-point,Weishu-point,Shenshu-point.Once a day fir14days thecontrol group were treated with Diyushengbaipian,3tablets,3times a day for14days. To observe WBC count on before and after treatment7,14days and a week afterthe endoftreatment,includinggastrointestinaldisordes,LiverandLidney,and the68cancerpatients of KPS.Results：①The treatment group of the general effective rate was88.24%,but thecontrol group only was67.64%,so the two groups had statistical significance(P﹤0.05).②The treatment group of WBC count on before and after treatment7,14days,a weekafter the end of treatment had statistical significance(P﹤0.05),with the treatment time,WBC count were increased. the control group had statistical significance(P﹤0.05) onbefore and after treatment7,14days,but a week after the end of treatment and on aftertreatment7days had no statistical significance(P﹥0.05).③During the same period theWBC count between two groups had statistical significance(P﹤0.05),the WBC count ofthe treatment group was significant higher than the control group.The treatment group, the incidence of nausea and vomiting was67.64%,was muchbigger than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).During the before and after treatment, thetreatment,s AST、ALT had no statistical significance(P﹥0.05).However, the ALT in thecontrol group rised obviously. The BUN had no statistical significance(P﹥0.05) betweenbefore and after treatment in the treatment group,but the Cr was much smaller than beforetreatment(P﹤0.05).The KPS of the treatment group after chemotherapy were more than that beforechemotherapy(P﹤0.05),while there was no statistical significance(P﹥0.05)in the controlgroup. Conclusion：the Ginger Partitioned Moxibustion could treat bone inhibition bychemotherapy,especially increase the WBC count. The effect of the Ginger PartitionedMoxibustion would be stronger、earlier and more persistant. Besides, the therapy couldrelieve gastrointinal discorders, Liver and Kidney destroys, and improve the quality of thecancer patients. Also, the Ginger Partitioned Moxibustion could play a important role ontreatment bone inhibition caused by chemotherapy.
