Objective:This topic observes the clinical curative effect of cervical rotatory head method combined with electroacupuncture on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and provides reference for clinical exploration and optimization of the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods:In this study,60 cases meeting the inclusion criteria collected from the outpatient department of orthopedics and traumatology of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected.A randomized controlled study method was adopted and randomly divided into two groups,30 in the control group and 30 in the experimental group. The control group was treated with electroacupuncture. The cervical Jiaji points(cervical 2,cervical 4 and cervical 6 Jiaji points),bilateral Fengchi,Jianjing,Tianzong,Dazhui and affected Quchi,Waiguan,Hegu and Houxi points were selected.Keep the needle for 30 min, treat once a day,5 times for a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses of treatment, rest 2days between courses,a total of 3 weeks.Experimental group is on the basis of the control group, after the completion of electroacupuncture treatment,to be South Shaolin supine cervical rotatory head method. After treatment,adopt(1)visual analogue scale(VAS),(2)Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 scale,(3)range of motion of cervical spine,(4)clinical curative effect comparing and statistically analyzed. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P> 0.05),indicating comparability.1.VAS score : Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P > 0.05);comparison within the group, two groups before and after treatment VAS scores were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods can make patients with pain symptoms;after treatment, the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the analgesic effect of the experimental group was more obvious.2.Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 score : Before treatment, two groups total sore of Yasuhisa Tanaka20 score difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);Compared within the group, the total score of the Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 score in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared between groups, after treatment, the total scores of Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Cervical activity : There was no significant difference in cervical flexion, extension, left flexion, right flexion, left rotation and right rotation between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).In the intra-group comparison, the cervical activity of both groups was improved after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the inter-group comparison, the improvement of cervical activity in the experimental group was better than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy evaluation : after 3 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67 %,and that of the control group was 83.33 %.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the effective rate of the experimental group was 73.33 %,and that of the control group was46.66 %.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Electroacupuncture and cervical rotatory head method combined with electroacupuncture are effective in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.2.The cervical rotatory head method combined with electroacupuncture group was better than the electroacupuncture group in improving VAS score, total score of Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 scal and cervical spine activity.3.The overall curative effect of cervical rotatory head method combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is better than that of electroacupuncture group...
