Objective: through the clinical observation of acupuncture in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(lung-spleen qi deficiency)after chemotherapy for lung cancer,to explore the efficacy of acupuncture therapy in relieving cancer-related fatigue after chemotherapy for lung cancer,so as to improve the quality of life of patients. Methods: Seventy-two patients with cancer-related fatigue after chemotherapy of lung cancer(lung-spleen deficiency syndrome)were collected from January 2019 to December 2020,and randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given basic treatment such as nutritional support, while the observation group was given basic treatment combined with acupuncture once a day for 14 days.By observing the changes of fatigue and quality of life scores, immune indexes,TCM symptoms and adverse reactions after treatment, the differences were compared between the two groups.Result:1.Piper score comparison: Comparison of various dimensions and total fatigue scores, the observation group had P < 0.01 before and after, the control group had P > 0.05 after treatment except cognitive fatigue, and the two groups had P < 0.05 after treatment. The results show that the observation group can significantly improve the fatigue symptoms of CRF patients.2.Comparison of immune indexes: CD4+,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+increased and CD8+ decreased in the observation group, and the change of every index except CD4+ was P < 0.05 compared with that in the control group. The change of CD4+ increased in the control group, and other indexes all suggested that the immune function decreased. The results showed that compared with the basic treatment group, the patients in the acupuncture treatment group had better effect in improving immune function.3.Comparison of quality of life: Compare the total scores of quality of life,P < 0.01 before and after acupuncture treatment in the observation group,P > 0.05 before and after in the control group, and P < 0.05 after treatment in the two groups.4.Comparison of curative effects of TCM syndromes: after treatment, there were 1 case in the observation group with obvious effect,26 cases in the control group with no obvious effect,8 cases in the control group,9 cases in the observation group with ineffective patients, and 28 cases in the control group were significantly more than those in the observation group.Chi-square test showed that P <0.01,so acupuncture treatment has obvious effect on improving TCM symptoms.5.Safety comparison: During this study, after careful observation and recording,no adverse reactions were reported between the two groups. Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment can not only effectively relieve fatigue symptoms of CRF patients, but also improve their quality of life.Improving immune function and relieving TCM symptoms, without adverse reactions,is safe and effective, and can be used for clinical promotion. |
