Objective:By treating patients with colorectal cancer fatigue with warm acupuncture and moxibustion, the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on cancer fatigue and the influence of peripheral blood and immune indexes were discussed, and the clinical application value of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cancer fatigue was comprehensively evaluated. Methods:The subjects of this study were 68 patients with cancer-related fatigue who were admitted to the outpatient department and inpatient ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January2021.According to random number table method, they were divided into warm acupuncture group(n=34)and control group(n=34).The control group was given nutrition support and other symptom treatment. On this basis, the warm acupuncture and moxibustion group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion for 4 weeks,3times a week(once on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday)in both groups, and the changes of fatigue scale score,KPS score,TCM syndrome score, peripheral blood and immune indexes were counted.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the data and evaluate the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results:After treatment,PFS scores of all dimensions and total scores in warm acupuncture and moxibustion group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,PFS scores of warm acupuncture and moxibustion group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).PFS scores of warm acupuncture and moxibustion group were not significantly decreased before and after treatment(P>0.05).In terms of KPS score, after treatment, the KPS score of warm acupuncture and moxibustion group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the improvement level of KPS score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the KPS score of the control group was not significantly increased before and after treatment(P>0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome scores, the syndrome scores of warm acupuncture and moxibustion group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while the syndrome scores of the control group were not significantly decreased before and after treatment(P BBB 0 0.05).After treatment, the syndrome scores of warm acupuncture and moxibustion group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of peripheral blood,WBC,RBC,HGB and lymphocyte levels were significantly increased in the warm acupuncture group after treatment, and the efficacy was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Peripheral blood indexes of the control group before and after treatment had no significant changes. In terms of immune indexes, except CD8+,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,NK and other immune cells in warm acupuncture and moxibustion group were significantly increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and significantly increased compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in the immune indexes in the control group. Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment can significantly reduce the fatigue scale score and TCM syndrome score of patients with colorectal cancer fatigue, significantly improve KPS score, effectively relieve fatigue symptoms, and at the same time,it has good effects on increasing the level of peripheral blood and improving immune function.
