Clinical Observation Of Xingfu Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Xingfu Tongluo Decoction" in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:From August 2019 to January 2020,selecting 40 patien ts with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome indiabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from the outpatient and the inpatient of endocrinology department of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital who met the inclusion criteria,taking the tra ditional Chinese medicine compound "Xingfu Tongluo Decoction"in the treatment of three courses(6 weeks),through the detection of nerve conduction velocity,ankle brachial index before and after the experiment,evaluation of TCM syndrome scores,neurological symptom score,neurological deficit score before and a fter the experiment,to analyze the clinical effect of "Xingfu Tongluo Decoction" in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome indiabetic peripheral neuropathy.Results:1.After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the patients was decreased compared with this before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective ratew as 70%.2.After the treatment,the median sensory nerve conduction velocity and peroneal motornerve conduction velocity were both improved compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,ankle brachial index of the patients’ left dorsal foot artery was increased compared with this before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After the treatment,neurological symptom scores and neurolog icaldeficit scores of the patients were both decreased compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After the course of treatment,no obvious abnormalities were found in the safety indicators,and the safety was good..Conclusion:1.Xingfu Tongluo Decoction can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in diabetic peripheral neuropathy;2.Xingfu Tongluo Decoction can improve the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity,increase the ankle brachial index,improve the neurological symptom scores and neurological deficit scores in patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in diabetic peripheral neuropathy;3.Xingfu Tongluo Decoction has good safety in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
