Based On Data Mining Technology To Explore The Law Of Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis

Objective:To explore the law of acupoint injection in pediatric enuresis,and analyze the internal mechanism of acupoint and drug selection,so as to provide ideas for clinical intervention and treatment of pediatric enuresis.Methods:With inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V2.5)in the form of data mining technology,we analyzed retrospectively a total of 65 qualifying references from four information databases consisting of Chinese hownet(CNKI),Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),Wanfang data knowledge service platform(CECDB),and Weipu database(VIP),and then established the database of point injection treatment of infantile enuresis,Furthermore,the laws of acupoint application,acupoint selection,acupoint return to meridian,specific acupoint use,combined treatment and injection medication were explored Results:The selection of acupoints for acupoint injection was more focused on sanyinjiao(31times),Guanyuan(26times),Qihai(24times),Zusanli(23times)and Yinlingquan(22times),accounting for 50.40% of the total.The use of zhongji(19times),Shenshu(17times),Beishu(16times),Taixi(14times),Enuresis point(11times),Weizhong(11times)acupoints was in the middle level,accounting for 35.2%.Although acupoints such as last secondary liao(6 times),Yongquan(5 times),Taichong(5 times),Watercourse(3 times),Qugu(3 times),Tongli(3 times),Huiyang(2 times),Changqiang(2 times)and Zhongzhu(2times)are involved,their clinical application is not widely promoted,accounting for 14.4%.On acupoint injection,the two meridians,the Foot-sun bladder meridian(5 times)and Ren-mai meridian(5 times),are more frequently used,followed by the Foot-Shaoyin kidney meridian(3 times),the Foot-Taiyin spleen meridian(2 times)and the Foot-Yangming stomach meridian(2 times),but the Hand-Shaoyin heart meridian(1 times)and the Du-mai meridian(1 times)are less used.In terms of the selection of specific points for acupoint injection,Wushu point(80 times)was the first choice,followed by Ji Point(46 times),Beishu Point(33 times),Xiahhe point(33 times),yuan Point(19 times),etc.Although there was only one specific point(11 times),it was higher than auricular point(4 times)and luo point(3 times).In terms of the choice of acupoint injection and combined means,injection combined with scraping(4 times)and combined moxibustion(4 times)are more used in clinical practice,while combined behavioral intervention,auricular point,electroacupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine are 2 times,combined with ultrasound(1 times)to treat enuresis in children is less.Among the drugs used for acupoint injection,astragalus injection(15 times)and vitamin B12(11 times)ranked first,while vitamin B1(8 times),atropine(8 times),654-2 injection(7 times)and human placental tissue fluid(5 times)ranked second.While normal saline(3times),Chuankezhi injection(2 times),Angelica injection(2 times),lidocaine(2 times),strychnine nitrate(1 times),chlorimipramine(1 times),Houttuynia injection(1 times)and calcium vitrin(1 times)were the third echelon of drug selection.Conclusion:From the aspect of single acupoint application,Sanyinjiao,Qihai,Guanyuan,Zusanli acupoint injection in the treatment of infantile enuresis has been accepted by many clinicians and scholars.From the combination and application of acupoints,commonly used acupoints are: Ciliao,Qihai,Zhongzhu,Zusanli;Taichong,Zhongji,Zhizhong and Qihai,worthy of further promotion and research;In the selection of meridians,the use of foot sun bladder meridian and Ren meridian should be given priority.In addition,the kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin,spleen meridian of foot Taiyin and stomach meridian of Foot Yangming should also be applied under the treatment of syndrome differentiation.Five shu points is the most important point injection therapy in children’s enuresis.He-sea point should be given priority in the selection of acupointsAcupoint injection can be combined with other treatment methods for treatment,especially combined with scraping,moxibustion,can speed up the treatment effect.In the selection of injection,Astragalus injection can be preferred.
