Exploration On The Countermeasures Of State-owned Assets Supervision In Public Hospitals Under The Condition Of Multiple Financing

The state-owned assets of public hospitals are an important part of the state-owned assets of public institutions.They are also the material basis for public hospitals to provide public services and government departments to develop medical and health services.As the number of public hospitals continues to increase,the number and value of their state-owned assets are also expanding.In addition to government investment,the financing channels for state-owned assets are also diversified,but there are also many problems in management.To do a good job in the supervision of state-owned assets in public hospitals,and strengthen the supervision of state-owned assets in public hospitals,not only to avoid the waste of state-owned assets,but also to ensure the safety and integrity of state-owned assets in public hospitals,improve the economic benefits of state-owned assets and Social benefits are of great significance for public hospitals to provide public services,promote the optimal allocation of regional resources and the development of health services.This article collects and collates domestic and foreign data on multi-funding and asset management of public hospitals,comprehensively uses the theories of multi-center governance,public value management,and network governance,and combines with the new normal market economy environment of China’s economic development to examine multi-funding.In the supervision of state-owned assets of public hospitals,the government and functional departments at all levels have the allocation of powers and responsibilities,operational performance and supervision effects,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of state-owned assets supervision in public hospitals from the aspects of supervision subjects,supervision goals,supervision structure and supervision mechanism.
