Research On The Reform Mode Of State-owned Enterprises Hospital In Hebei Province

The state-owned enterprises separate their social functions,and the reform of stateowned enterprise hospitals in Hebei Province has become an urgent problem to be studied.According to the background of state-owned enterprise hospital reform in Hebei Province,analyse the four models given by the state,and analyse the indicators influencing the restructuring of state-owned enterprise hospitals in Hebei Province by establishing the judgment model of reform mode,and gives appropriate model suggestions according to the different grades and characteristics of hospitals.The research content of this thesis is roughly divided into several aspects: first,through combing the policy and literature reading,the thesis summarizes the problems faced by state-owned enterprise hospitals and puts forward the necessity and significance of the reform of state-owned enterprise hospitals in Hebei Province.Secondly,invite experts to carry out index screening under the guidance of Delphi method.Finally,four first level indicators,as well as 10 second level indicators and 38 third level indicators.Thirdly,the weight of the index is calculated by experts’ assignment of importance.The appropriate mode of state-owned enterprise hospitals with more prominent medical services is resource integration and transfer to local management mode;more prominent scale start resource integration,which is suitable for "large specialty,small comprehensive" mode,focusing on the construction of local medical weak points;more prominent scientific research and education can open characteristic specialized hospitals,which have been incorporated into regional health;not prominent in the three aspects suggest that the community health services should be combined with clinical technology to carry out "Six in One community health services";do not highlight in four indicators should carry out the community medical and nursing integration mode,and cancel the institutions that do not meet the medical standards.Figure 3;Table 18;Reference 51...
