Study On The Characteristics Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In 596 Cases Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Entecavir In The Treatment Of HBeAg Positive Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:To explore the characteristics of TCM symptom improvement in 596 cases of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B patients(Syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency)treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with entecavir.Methods:In the "12th Five-Year" project-"HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B treatment in traditional Chinese and Western medicine research" included in the 596 patients,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for 108 weeks,according to HBeAg,HBV and DNA negative ALT normaliza and oral medicine or stratified study using nimodipine method to improve the traditional Chinese medicine to evaluate the curative effect and improve symptoms,symptoms were compared using X2 test on each population stratification,the change trends of TCM symptom improvement of TCM symptoms characteristics description.Results:1.For 108 weeks,HBeAg,HBV and DNA negative,ALT normaliza group and 108 weeks of non negative population,the overall population,at 108 weeks,the negative population in pain,yellow urine,hypodynamia,mouth sticky,yellow greasy,koudan symptoms improved significantly better than the non negative population.The test group stratified,108 week,the negative symptoms in the crowd sticky mouth pain,dry mouth,yellowing of the body and eyes and mouth improvement was significantly better than that of non negative people.The hierarchical control group,at 108 weeks,the negative population in the urine,hypodynamia,koudan,yellow greasy symptoms,significantly better than the non negative population.2.For 108 weeks,HBeAg,HBV and DNA negative,ALT normaliza population stratification,the experimental group for the bitter taste,tongue red color improvement was better than the control group,while the control group is better than in experimental group.3.For the treatment of 108 weeks to HBeAg,HBV DNA,ALT normaliza and negative groups,the experimental group on fatigue,heaviness improved significantly better than the control group,the control group improved significantly the symptoms is yellow,pulse string.Conclusion:1.Whether the whole population or the experimental group or the control group,108 weeks HBeAg,HBV,DNA at the same time negative and transaminase complex,the crowd with liver and gallbladder dampness heat syndrome related symptoms improved significantly.2.108 weeks HBeAg,HBV and DNA negative,ALT normaliza groups,experimental group was on the tongue color like red mouth pain,improvement.3.For the treatment of 108 weeks to HBeAg,HBV DNA,ALT normaliza and negative groups,the experimental group on fatigue,heaviness and dampness the symptoms improved significantly.
