Objective:In recent years,more and more research began to focus on psychological stress induced by the disease process and the deterioration of the possible mechanisms of these studies not only confirmed the Chinese medicine theory some emotional point of view,from a new perspective to the study of life phenomenon,there may be a breakthrough stage disease onset and progression of the theory,and even subvert the concept of clinical treatment of certain diseases.We believe that the appropriate reference experimental methods of psychological stress medicine,Chinese medicine understanding the psychological stress from the perspective of the emotional theory of Chinese and Western medicine is likely to play an important role communication and docking.With accumulated experience and knowledge in medicine,the correct guidance in understanding the biological phenomena in medicine and research ideas,exploratory introduced fit Chinese medicine integrity and complexity of modern science and technology platform,we may be able to find that modern medicine has not yet recognized the law of life.In this study,three levels of purposes:1,chronic restraint combined raised solitary way to create a psychological stress animal model rat model and the use of internet technology untargeted metabolomic analysis of serum and model group and control group liver metabolite contour differences prove psychological stress spectrum have some impact on the metabolic serum and liver.2,find some changes are statistically more than 2-fold difference metabolites by principal component analysis.3,using a variety of databases,identify these differences in chemical structure and its metabolites where metabolic network,reveal the effects of psychological stress on serum and liver function and quality control from the perspective of metabolites.Methods:The chronic restraint stress rat model of psychological stress,which is regularly visited by weight change and open-field test and sucrose consumption test total score sucrose preference rate.Study based on the use of non-targeted metabolomics technology platform LC/MS serum and liver metabolome,principal component analysis to calculate the principal component scores of different samples,data visualization.Identification of some of these changes at least twice a sign of metabolites,and by comparing the database to identify the chemical structure of these differences in met-abolic pathways and metabolites where revealed from the perspective of psychological stress metabolites cause physical changes in the biological mechanisms.Results:1,We successfully prepared rat model of chronic restraint stress,increase body weight of rats in the model group,the total score of the open field test and sucrose preference rate lower than the control group.2,Between model group and the control group,serum metabolites group two and three dimensional PCA score plot were gathere-d in a different position coordinates can be clearly distinguished.We have found 18 kinds of differences in metabolites,of which 12 were up-regulated and 6 down-regulated.3,In the model group and the control group metabonomics two and three dimensional PCA score plot were gathered in a different position coordinates can be clearly distinguished.We have found 11 kinds of differences in metabolite,5 kinds were up-regulated and 6 down-regulated.Conclusions:Chronic psychological stress can cause changes in serum metabolomics and metabonomics liver,that emotions may change some of the metabolic network in some way,resulting in physiological and pathological changes in the body,and the liver is most likely caused by the body’s physiological and pathological emotional one of the key organs change.
