Background:Cerebral stroke includes ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, which accounts for about 80% of all acute cerebrovascular accidents [1].Two-thirds of patients will have limb dysfunction to varying degrees, leading to the loss of self-care ability and labor ability, and seriously affecting the quality of life of patients [2].Systematic,professional and scientific rehabilitation training for patients with ischemic stroke in the super early stage of the disease can promote the recovery of brain nerve function, physical motor function and motor function of limb muscles, and improve the daily living ability and quality of life of patients [3,4].Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute ischemic Stroke 2018 [5] confirmed the effect of limb function rehabilitation, but there is no unified standard for the intervention time, frequency and intensity of limb function rehabilitation in patients with acute ischemic stroke. The standardization of personalized ultra-early rehabilitation for patients with ischemic stroke has not been unified yet. This study intends to perform personalization for ischemic stroke in patients with super early limb function rehabilitation,to explore the effect of this method, test its safety and effectiveness,in order to effectively promote the recovery of limb function in patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia, reduce complications and improve the ability of hemiplegia patients daily life self-care activities and quality of life.At the same time,it provides practical and scientific basis for personalized rehabilitation and ultra-early rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke, and also provides scientific basis for the revision of rehabilitation guidelines for patients with ischemic stroke in the future.Objective:(1)To implement personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation for patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke, improve their ability of daily living activities and reduce the incidence of complications.(2)To test the safety and effectiveness of personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation in patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.(3)To detect the influence of personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation on nursing service satisfaction of inpatients.(4)To provide practical and scientific basis for personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke. Methods: From November 2020 to November 2021,66 ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia in the department of Neurology of a grade A hospital in a city were selected and divided into personalized ultra-early group and routine rehabilitation group by simple random sampling method, with 33 patients in each group.Personalized super early group adopts personalized super early limb function rehabilitation, routine rehabilitation group implements routine rehabilitation nursing,The modified Rankin Scale(m RS)[6],the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIH),NIHSS)[6],daily life activities ability index(BI)[6],hospitalized patients satisfaction with nursing service [7] and the occurrence of complications and adverse events, super early limb function rehabilitation and personalized to evaluate the efficacy and safety, and analyze the personalized super early limb function rehabilitation of hospitalized patients the effect of nursing service satisfaction.Results:(1)By the time of discharge, the neurological impairment of the personalized ultra-early group was lighter than that of the conventional group, with statistical significance, indicating that personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation promoted the neurological recovery of patients.(2)By the time of discharge, the score of daily living activities in the personalized ultra-early group was higher than that in the conventional group, which was statistically significant, indicating that personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation improved the patients’ daily living activities.(3)At the time of discharge, the satisfaction degree of nursing service in personalized ultra-early rehabilitation group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation improved the satisfaction degree of nursing service in patients.(4)Until discharge, there was no statistical difference in the safety indicators(adverse events and complications)between the personalized ultra-early group and the conventional group, indicating that personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation has a certain safety.(5)By comparison, the patient’s past medical history has no obvious influence on the effect of personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation.Conclusion:(1)Personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation can promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke, improve the dysfunction of hemiplegia, and effectively improve the ability of daily activities of patients.Personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation is effective.(2)Personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation did not increase the incidence of adverse events and complications during hospitalization in patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke, and personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation had certain safety.(3)Personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation can improve the satisfaction of inpatient nursing service for patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.(4)Personalized ultra-early limb function rehabilitation has clinical application value and can be promoted.
