| ObjectiveIn order to promote the high-quality development of my country’s nursing career during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period and improve the health level of the people,the National Health and Health Commission has formulated the "National Nursing Development Plan(2021-2025)".The main tasks include improving the nursing service system and strengthening nurses.Team building,promoting the high-quality development of nursing,and continuing to deepen high-quality nursing.The nursing quality of clinical nurses has an important impact on the quality of medical and health services and the health and safety of patients.The quality of nursing is reflected by the daily nursing level of nurses,and is greatly affected by the nursing environment and individual factors of nursing staff.The work pressure of clinical nurses directly affects the level of nursing quality.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to investigate the status quo of clinical nurses’ work stress and stress perception,analyze related influencing factors,explore the impact of social support and work pressure on stress perception,analyze existing problems,propose coping strategies,and change nurses’ perception of stress.,Improve coping ability and relieve work pressure.MethodsThere have been a lot of studies at home and abroad based on nurses’ job stress and job satisfaction.Based on this foundation,this study combines hospital conditions and nurses’ job requirements.This research formulates a survey plan and conducts a questionnaire survey on clinical nurses in M city hospitals.The survey tools included the Nurse Demographics Questionnaire,the Nurse Stress Perception Scale,the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and the Work Stressor Scale.A total of 430 questionnaires were distributed in this survey.After screening and eliminating unqualified questionnaires,401 valid questionnaires were finally recovered.SPSS26.0 statistical software package was used to input and organize the data.For the general population questionnaire,stress perception scale,social support Descriptive statistical analysis was performed on the total score and average score of each dimension of the rating scale and the Nurse Work Stressor Scale;one-way analysis of variance or independent samples t test was used to analyze the level of clinical nurses’ stress perception,and Pearson correlation was used to analyze the clinical nurses’ social support,The relationship between work stress and stress perception,using multiple linear regression to analyze the effects of clinical nurses demographics,social support,and work stress on stress perception.Using Gross’ s emotion regulation theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and other theories,to explore the influencing factors of nurses’ perception of stress,and to formulate practical plans to reduce nurses’ stress in combination with the actual situation.ResultAccording to the analysis of the survey results,the subjective support,objective support and utilization of social support of clinical nurses are related to stress perception,work environment and resources,management and interpersonal relationships,nursing profession and work of work stress,patient care,Different dimensions,such as workload and time allocation,are significant influencing factors of work stress of clinical nurses.Finally,based on the results of data analysis,this study provides appropriate suggestions from the theoretical aspects of management system,remuneration,psychological counseling,etc.,and provides a reference for hospital managers to establish a scientific management system,reduce the work pressure of clinical nurses,and improve the quality of hospital nursing.ConclusionsClinical nurses had higher levels of stress perception and social support,and there was a negative correlation between stress perception and social support.Strengthening the three dimensions of social support: objective support,subjective support and utilization of support can effectively reduce the risk of health-threatening stress states.In addition,nurses’ perception of stress can be effectively reduced by increasing clinical salaries,building a scientific and perfect promotion mechanism,opening psychological counseling and counseling,and improving the overall environment. |
