Objective:To compare the improvement of scar, the incidence of complications and the satisfactions of children’s parents of CO2fractional laser combined with optimized pulsed technology and Contractubex transdermal delivery in the treatment of hypertrophic scar after burns in children, evaluating the efficacy of the combination treatment plan. Methods:A retrospective clinical study was performed.50 cases of children patients with hypertrophic scar after burns in Bengbu Third People’s Hospital, between January2020 and June 2021were selected and divided into experimental group(n=25)and control group(n=25)according to the random number table method. The control group was given CO2fractional laser combined with optimized pulsed technology, and the test group was treated with the combination of CO2fractional laser, optimized pulsed technology and Contractubex transdermal delivery. The two groups were treated 3 times each, and the interval of each treatment was 2~3 months. The changes of scar VSS score were compared at different stages of treatment.the incidence of complications and the satisfactions of children’s parents were compared between the two groups. Results:The scar VSS scores of all patients showed a gradually decreasing trend with the progress of treatment, and the VSS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);All patients had no serious adverse reactions such as scar aggravation and infection.the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 24.00%(6/25)and the control group was 32.00%(8/25)without statistically significant(P>0.05).In the experimental group and the control group, the children’s parents had high satisfaction.the satisfaction of experimental group was 88.00%(22/25)slightly higher than that of control group 84.00%(21/25),without statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:CO2fractional laser combined with optimized pulsed technology and Contractubex transdermal administration has clear efficacy for hyperplastic scar after burns in children, with low incidence of adverse reactions and high satisfaction of patients’parents, which is worthy of clinical application.
