Objctive:To evaluate the clinicalefficacy and security in wound healing of hypertrophic scar with fractional CO2 laser combined with Recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel.Merthods:The collected scar samples were randomly divided into two groups,10 cases each in the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group uses recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with CO2 fractional laser and the control group uses CO2 fractional laser only. The first recording time point is before the patient’s first laser treatment, and the remaining recording time is selected as the data collection time point before the next laser treatment.According to the Vancouver scar scale(Vancouver scar scale,VSS),the assessment is based on the thickness, color, hardness, and blood vessel distribution of the scar.Observe the clinical efficacy before and after treatment. Results:The improvement of the two indexes of pigmentation and blood vessel distribution in the combined treatment group was better than that in the simple laser treatment group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with CO2 fractional laser and CO2 fractional laser alone have clear effects in the treatment of hypertrophic scars, and the combined use of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel can effectively promote wound healing, improve scar congestion and reduce local pigmentation. |
