Research ObjectivesThis study aims to study the normal vaginal microecology(normal bacterial community)of cervical HPV infection patients, after three months of regular treatment with different anti-HPV drugs, whether the vaginal microecology will cause changes, and how the negative conversion rate of different anti-HPV drugs.methods:The remaining 12 HPV-positive patients,TCT negative or HPV16/18 positive patients,TCT negative patients, biopsy under colposcopy, pathological results of inflammation or low-grade lesions,or the remaining 12 HPV-positive patients,TCT lesion grade lower than ASCUS-H,pathological results of inflammation or low-grade lesions were selected as the study subjects.A total of 185 subjects were included in the study, including 108 in the study group, which were further divided into interferon group(35),Petrane group(35)and rebeson group(38)according to drugs. The control group included 77 people.Results:1.Comparison of vaginal microecology before medication in each study group: There was no significant difference in the density, diversity, dominant flora,Nugent score,p H value,WBC/HIGH power field count, leucocyte esterase,sialidase,β-glucuronase and acetaminoglycosidase before medication(P > 0.05).The positive rate of H2O2(including weak positive rate)in rebsan group was significantly higher than that in other groups, with statistical difference(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of vaginal microecology before and after medication in each study group: There was no significant difference in the density, diversity and bioenzyme indexes(including H2O2,sialidase,leucoesterase,β-glucuronase and acetaminoglycosidase)in interferon group, rebsen group and Petaline group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The detection rate of Gram-positive bacilli,p H ≤4.5,white blood cell count/high power field ≤10/high power field increased after treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The detection rate of Gram-positive bacilli, white blood cell count/high power field ≤10 / high power field, and p H value ≤4.5 in the control group showed a downward trend, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),while the detection rate of BV in the control group showed a rising trend, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of HPV conversion rate among the study groups: the HPV conversion rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(71.3%vs23.4%);The HPV negative conversion rate in the Petraning group was higher than that in the other groups(86.8% in the Petraning group vs 68.6% in the rebsan group vs 57.1% in the interferon group vs 23.4% in the control group),and the difference in HPV negative conversion rate among the study groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions:1.Anti-HPV drugs(petrane, rebeson, interferon)had no adverse effects on vaginal microecology after 3 months of treatment.2.The negative conversion rate of medication group was higher than that of control group.
