Stroke is a serious disease that has plagued China and even the whole world.It has the characteristics of high morbidity,high disability,and high mortality.The research and development of major disease prevention technologies and pivotal medical devices and is the key determination of the direction in the field of medicine of China.Considerable parts of stroke patients still need home rehabilitation after being discharged from the hospital,so there is a great market demand for home rehabilitation devices after stroke.Sensory-driven is to stimulate the brain to reorganize its function by triggering vibration sensation,and it can achieve better therapeutic effect with transcutaneous electrical stimulation and active rehabilitation.This theory has been clinically proven by the US FDA to have a clear curative effect.Promoting the functional reorganization of the cerebral cortex is an important mechanism for the rehabilitation of limb motor function after stroke.Functional training is an important treatment method for functional recovery after stroke.It accounts for a large proportion in the rehabilitation of stroke and plays an important role in improving the motor function and daily living skills of patients.Using the device in this study can further study the effect of functional training on brain function reorganization.In this study,the internationally leading sensory-driven brain function reorganization technology was adopted to develop a family-oriented hand function rehabilitation system after stroke.The system is an active brain rehabilitation device that uses hand vibration stimulation,transcutaneous electrical stimulation,visual and auditory cues to stimulate brain rehabilitation and promote brain function reorganization.The device includes four parts: main control unit,hand unit,arm unit,and brain signal unit.The systemic WIFI function is able to update the remote data of the built-in software and treatment plan,which meets treatment demands of patients for home rehabilitation.The hand unit of the device is easy to clean,easy to wear,and exquisite in style.The sensory drive function is achieved by the physical vibration of the off-axis motor,which conforms to the relevant national standards for medical devices.The arm unit has the function of percutaneous electrical stimulation.The stimulation energy is scientifically calculated and actually tested to meet the registration standard of Class II medical devices.Sensory drive combined with percutaneous electrical stimulation can achieve the rehabilitation performance better.The system also includes a brain electrical activity recorder,which can store,measure,analyze and display EEG signals and provide medical data for the evaluation of rehabilitation effects.This paper conducts in-depth analysis of EEG data,selects 16 groups of channel time series,and extracts EEG features in time domain,frequency domain,and time-frequency domain.A variety of feature selection algorithms are used to superimpose each other for feature selection,including t-test,Wilcoxon rank sum test and multiple recursive feature elimination algorithms.Utilizing KNN,XGBoost to classify the EEG data of stroke patients and normal people,the final recognition accuracy rate reached 89%.At the same time,the system also extracts and stores α,β,θ,δ,and γ waves through filtering methods,and analyzes the staple data features that may affect the brain signals of stroke patients,providing stroke patients’ rehabilitation evaluation and further analysis with algorithms,data and related theories. |
