Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With PNF Rehabilitation Technique In The Treatment Of Shoulder-hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupotomology combined with PNF in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder and hand syndrome.Methods: Sixty patients with post-stroke shoulder and hand syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.Group A was treated with acupotomology combined with PNF rehabilitation therapy.Acupotomology was treated once A week at A fixed time,and PNF rehabilitation technique was treated once A day,with 6 days of treatment and 1 day of rest for 4consecutive weeks.Group B was treated with acupotomology only,and the operation and course of treatment were the same as group A.Group C only received PNF rehabilitation treatment,and the operation and course of treatment were the same as group A.The Visual analogue scale(VAS)score was used to assess pain,limb edema score was used to assess edema,and simplified upper limb motor function score(FMA)was used to assess motor function before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the three groups was observed after treatment.Results:1.Pain and edema: After treatment,VAS score and edema score in the three groups were all lower than before,with statistically significant differences(P <0.05),indicating that acupotomology combined with PNF rehabilitation,acupotomology alone and PNF rehabilitation alone can improve the pain and edema of the affected limb.Compared with group C,the scores of group A and B decreased more,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05);compared with group B,the scores of group A decreased more,the difference being statistically significant(P <0.05).It indicated that in improving the pain and edema of SHS patients,acupotomology combined with PNF rehabilitation therapy and acupotomology alone had better efficacy than PNF rehabilitation therapy alone,but acupotomology combined with PNF rehabilitation therapy had better efficacy.2.Upper limb motor function: Compared with before treatment,FMA scores of the three groups were all improved after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),indicating that acupotomology combined with PNF rehabilitation therapy,acupotomology alone,and PNF rehabilitation therapy alone can improve the upper limb motor function of the affected limb.Compared with group B,the scores of group A and C increased more,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05);compared with group C,the scores of group A increased more,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05).It indicated that in improving the upper limb motor function of SHS patients,acupotomology combined with PNF rehabilitation therapy and PNF rehabilitation therapy alone had better efficacy than acupotomology alone,but acupotomology combined with PNF rehabilitation therapy had better effect.3.Compared with group B and C,the total effective rate of group A was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results showed that the efficacy of acupotomology combined with PNF was better than that of acupotomology alone and PNF alone.Conclusion: Acupotomology combined with PNF rehabilitation technology has a significant rehabilitation effect on post-stroke shoulder and hand syndrome,can effectively relieve the pain of the affected limb,reduce the edema of the affected limb,improve the motor function of the affected limb,and improve the daily living ability of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
