Research On The Complementary Method Of Day And Night Based On Xue’s Medical Record

Purpose:This study uses traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software and literature analysis methods to summarize and sort out Xue Ji’s complementary forensic cases,analyze the characteristics of his medication and the law of prescription compatibility,and explore Xue Ji’s use of the complementary method to treat debilitating diseases.Deeply excavate the connotation of the thought of complementary method of day and night,in order to explain the shortcomings of the Chinese medicine tonic method,which is beneficial to the clinical treatment of deficient disease.Methods:Collect the medical records that meet the entry standards in the "Xue Lizhai Medical Complete Book" and Xue’s Note "Ming Yi Za Zhu",and enter them into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform",with the help of the software’s frequency analysis,association rules and other data mining methods to assist with Document analysis method,and select representative medical records for comparison,induction and analysis.Results:A total of 162 medical records that met the entry criteria were extracted,and a total of 34 prescriptions met the entry criteria.Taking "disease,syndrome,symptom,prescription,medicine" as the outline,13 kinds of data mining were carried out,and the results were obtained: 162 medical records and 34 prescriptions in Xue’s medical records were analyzed,and the following results were obtained.That is,in the treatment of day and night complementary method,there are 16 kinds of diseases with frequency of 3 times or more,16 kinds of syndromes with frequency of 4 times or more,and 26 kinds of symptoms with frequency of 5 times or more.Among the corresponding prescriptions,there are 20 prescriptions for the court.The most frequently used prescription is Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,the frequency is 122 times,and the frequency of the medicine is more than 10 times,which is 22 flavors.The core high-frequency drug combination is licorice,atractylodes,ginseng,and ginseng.Compatibility of angelica,astragalus,tangerine peel,and Bupleurum;there are 26 prescriptions in evening service,the most frequently used prescription is Liuwei Dihuang Wan,which is 46 times,the frequency of medicine is more than 4 times,a total of 46 flavors,the core high-frequency drug combination Compatible with Licorice,Atractylodes,Ginseng,Rehmannia,Poria,Moutan Bark.The high-frequency flavored medicines are: Schisandra,Angelica,Muxiang,Cimicifuga,Bupleurum,Ophiopogon,Dried Ginger,Phellodendron,Astragalus,etc.Conclude:Through frequency statistics and data mining of 162 medical records and 34 prescriptions of Xue’s medical records,and literature analysis,the academic characteristics of Xue Ji’s complementary method are as follows: warming and supplementing;supplementing and reducing;formulating Combination;the five internal organs are intertwined;the spleen and kidney are both taken care of;the dosage form is flexible.The complementary method of day and night is the concrete manifestation of the corresponding holistic view of heaven and man and the method of syndrome differentiation and treatment.It conforms to the laws of nature,the human body’s "Zangfu meridian governs time" law,and the circadian rhythm of yin,yang,qi and blood is the theoretical basis for the complementarity of day and night.On this basis,Xue Several specific strategies have been proposed to complement each other in the morning and evening: the spleen and kidney can be treated at the same time;,Rising and falling;dosage form flexibly used,Chaotangxiwan powder;governing from the right,and from the time to the card and so on.
