| Objective:To study the pathogenesis of chronic migraine patients with blood stasis and wind disease and evaluate the efficacy of Tongtian oral solution before and after medication(Tongtian oral solution or Lizhatriptam tablet).Methods: In this experiment,patients with chronic migraine with blood stasis and wind were used as the experimental group.The indexes of coagulation were detected before and after medication(Tongtian oral solution or Liza Triptam tablet)for two attacks of chronic migraine in experimental group.A total of 16 patients in the experimental group were observed.According to the obtained data,statistical processing was carried out.Results: VAS score decreased 2 hours after taking Tongtian oral solution in acute attack period,indicating that Tongtian oral solution can effectively relieve headache symptoms in patients with chronic migraine.On the 14 th day after taking Tongtian oral solution,the frequency of headache attack decreased(P<0.05),indicating that Tongtian oral solution has a certain preventive effect on chronic migraine of blood stasis and chiffon.PT,APTT and TT were decreased and FIB was increased in patients with chronic migraine(P<0.05),indicating that blood hypercoagulability may lead to acute attack of chronic migraine.The PT and APTT were prolonged(P<0.05)and FIB were decreased(P<0.05)4 hours after taking Tongtian Oral Solution,indicating that Tongtian Oral Solution may play an analgesic effect by reducing blood hypercoagulability.Conclusion: Tongtian oral liquid can effectively relieve the headache symptoms in the acute attack period of chronic migraine patients with blood stasis and wind,and can also reduce the attack frequency of acute headache in patients with chronic migraine.Acute episodes of chronic migraine may be associated with hypercoagulability.3.Tongtian oral liquid may play an analgesic effect by reducing blood hypercoagulability,but it still needs to be further verified. |
