With the improvement of people’s living standards,increased health awareness and increased demands for health management,the health examination industry and health management market have grown rapidly,which has led to increasingly fierce competition in the industry.Under the fierce homogeneous competition environment the development of the Health Management Center of Chongqing KF Group(HMC-KF,CQ)has met severe challenges,for instance,the center’s core business has been stagnated,the number of services and overall income have continued to decline,and the per capita fees have been low.Due to these phenomena,the development of the center has reached a critical crossroad.It is urgent to explore and formulate strategies suitable for the development of its core business through scientific and systematic analysis,and transform from a single physical examination center to an influential health management center in the region.So as make HMC-KF more competitive and avoid being eliminated by the market it should improve its market response capabilities,promote the healthy development of the science.Using literature analysis,case analysis and model analysis methods.selecting SWOT,PEST,Porter’s five forces models,from the special characteristics.talents,disciplines,teaching and research,business development,social image to evaluate the internal advantages of the HMC-KF’s core business development system.In terms of socio-economic environment,health awareness,medical reform policies.Information technology development,we would comprehensively study the external opportunities for the development of HMC-KF.At the same time,we evaluate and analyze the core business of the HMC-KF,systematically analyze the current development status and existing problems.Besides,the physical examination service,homogeneous competition,software and hardware facilities,service quality,and core Competitiveness would studied in depth.This study finds that HMC-KF,CQ’s core business is facing severe challenges,which directly affect the development of the center.We speculate that the main reasons for these problems are:(1)The development positioning of the core business is not accurate,which led to the failure to accurately grasp the opportunities and challenges of the development in health industry in time,and missed the first wave of transformation and upgrading opportunities;(2)The physical examination items are distributed to various departments and the physical examination center is not independently set up to provide one-stop service,which affects the customer’s experience;(3)The team’s innovation ability is insufficient,and they fail to follow up and apply the latest health management technology results in a timely manner,which can’t well meet people’s needs for diversified health;(4)The incentive and restraint mechanism are not flexible enough to effectively mobilize the initiative,which affects the service market development and business expansion results;(5)The overall quality of the team needs to be improved,and the core competitiveness is insufficient.Through the study,several main business development strategies of HMC-KF should sorted out,consolidated the main business,precise served objects,optimized package strategy,enhanced personalized service,and improved marketing strategy.We recommend the following :(1)By expanding the financing channels,ensure file upgrade funding for health management center,fully coordinate and use existing resources,build independent health management center,improve hardware conditions,optimize the cell layout,a professional team,to provide customers with one-stop service.(2)Give full play to the advantages of KF in occupational disease prevention and control,cultivate core business and enhance core competitiveness by creating superior subjects,establishing brand image,tapping customer resources and improving service quality,so as to realize differential competition with other health management centers.(3)Attach great importance to the role of human resources,introduce talents through multiple ways,cultivate talents in various forms,and motivate talents by various means,so as to realize the optimization of human resources allocation and improve the quality of health management team from the aspect.(4)Continuously explore and implement flexible marketing models,attract customers through online and offline multi-channel publicity,subdivide customer groups to expand share,take multiple measures to enhance customer loyalty,so as to enrich marketing methods and constantly expand the business market.(5)Learn from the successful experience of other health management centers,give full play to the advantages of Internet and develop characteristics health management system PC version as soon as possible to improve work efficiency;Develop and use personalized health management service APP to meet personalized needs;Through the deep integration of "big data" and "Internet +" with health management,it provides customers with personalized,systematic and continuous health management services,thereby,enhance the added value of health management.
