| The deep integration of the Internet and the big health industry has promoted the networked and intelligent development of the big health industry.However,the rapid development of the big health industry has also resulted in a wide variety of health services,with detailed division of labor,and uneven service quality among service providers of the same type.The satisfaction of a user’s health needs requires the cooperation of many service providers.Therefore,how to help users screen out a set of optimal health service composition solutions among many health service providers has become an important issue that must be solved in the field of health services.In addition,the effective implementation of some computationally intensive and delay-sensitive health services in the health service composition solutions cannot be achieved without the support of strong edge computing capabilities.Such health services often lead to high latency due to insufficient computing resources and cannot meet the health needs of users.Therefore,how to perform reasonable computing offloading of such health service tasks in a mobile edge computing environment to meet the health needs of users has become an important issue to be solved urgently.Based on service composition theory,mobile edge computing technology and intelligent optimization technology,this paper studies the modeling and solving problems of health service composition optimal selection and health service computing offloading.The specific work is as follows:(1)It is difficult for users to discover the types of health services they need based on their own health conditions and needs,and to select a set of optimal health service composition solutions from a large number of service providers.This paper proposes a health service composition optimal selection model based on user profile,which establishes user and service profile and makes health service recommendations based on user profile to determine the types of health services required by users.It also proposes a health service composition optimization model based on service recommendation,and the model is solved based on NSGA-III to realize the screening and combination of massive candidate services.The simulation experiment results show that the health service composition optimal selection model realizes the selection and composition of health services,and provides users with the optimal health service composition solutions that meet their needs.(2)For computing-intensive and delay-sensitive health services,high delays are likely to occur due to insufficient computing resources,which leads to the problem that users’ health needs cannot be met.In order to solve this problem,using the computing resources of mobile edge base station equipment as computing power support,a health service computing offloading model based on base station group cooperation is constructed,and an improved fireworks algorithm(Improved Fireworks Algorithm based on Convex Optimization,CVX-FWA)is proposed to perform the model,to achieve reasonable computing offloading of computing tasks.The simulation experiment results show that the model achieves the optimization of the health service delay target,ensures the effective implementation of the health service portfolio plan,and improves the health service quality and user experience. |
