Study On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Organizations Participating In Community Medical And Elderly Care Services In Xi’an

Into the 21st century,the population base is getting bigger and bigger,the population structure in our country is changing continuously and the demand for elderly care services is gradually increasing so that establish a complete system of combining medical and elderly care services becomes inevitable choice of solving the aging problems.However,it will cause many problems on some aspects such as the quality and efficiency of elderly service by only depends on government and market to sustain.Through the way that bring in social organizations and strengthen its function in elderly service can solve the problem that the elder faced effectively.Therefore,this study mainly discusses the barriers and difficulties that social organization will meet in the process of participate in social elderly service.Using the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire,combined with the third sector theory,welfare pluralism theory and governance theory,this study studies the different modes of social organizations participating in community medical care combined with elderly care services in Xi’an.Firstly,it describes the current situation of social organizations participating in community medical care combined with elderly care services in Xi’an.Secondly,it summarizes the problems and reasons existing in the practice of social organizations participating in community medical care combined with elderly care services through case analysis.Finally,it puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve social organizations participating in community medical care combined with elderly care services,That is,improve the laws and regulations of social organizations participating in community elderly care services,and highlight the public welfare of social organizations in services;Strengthen the influence and organization of social voluntary forces;Actively build a perfect talent training mechanism and strengthen talent training;Vigorously improve the proportion of medical resources in community elderly care,and improve the comprehensive quality and service level of service personnel;We will deepen the reform of the pension system and the medical system,and strengthen the autonomy of social organizations and industries and social supervision.
