| ObjectivesThis study discusses the application of quality control circle activities in TCM nursing effect of patients with fracture pain,in order to provide a basis for reducing fracture complications,improving patients’compliance with traditional Chinese medicine nursing and satisfaction with nursing work,and improving nurses’comprehensive quality.MethodsIn this study,two hundred patients with fractures hospitalized in a Grade 3A traditional Chinese medicine hospital from March to October 2018 were selected as subjects,including 106 males and 94 females.One hundred patients with fractures from March to April 2018 were selected and the patients complained of pain were the control group(51 males and 49 females),that is,patients before the implementation of the quality control circle intervention.One hundred patients with fractures who were hospitalized from June to August 2018 were selected and the patients complained of pain were the intervention group(55 males and 45 females),which was the patient after the intervention of the quality control circle.The TCM nursing effect evaluation form,the facial expression pain scale,and the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing service were investigated for the two groups of subjects,and the effects of the intervention were evaluated.Excel software was used to sort out the data,repeated measurement design variance analysis was used to compare pain scores at different time points,Wilcoxon rank sum test was used for the effect of Chinese medicine nursing and the compliance of Chinese medicine nursing.The incidence of complications between the two groups was compared byχ~2test and t test was used to analyze the score of satisfaction and nurses’comprehensive quality.The data were statistically processed by SPSS20.0 software,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results1.After carrying out the activities of quality control circle,the effect of TCM nursing care for patients with fracture pain increased from 42.00%before the implementation to81.00%after the implementation,with an improvement rate of 92.86%.2.After repeated measurement of the design variance analysis,there was no statistically significant difference in pain level between the control group and the intervention group at admission(P=0.312),while there were statistically significant differences in pain level on the fourth day,the tenth day of admission and at the time of discharge(P<0.05),and the pain level of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group.3.The compliance ratio of TCM nursing compliance increased from 54.00%to77.00%,and Wilcoxon rank sum test showed that the difference was statistically significant(Z=-3.477,P=0.001).4.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications after quality control circle was significantly reduced,and the distribution of pressure injury,pulmonary infection and deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs was different between the two groups,with statistically significant differences(χ~2=0.868,P=0.039、χ~2=1.867,P=0.015、χ~2=0.262,P=0.032).5.The average score of patient satisfaction was increased from 88.51 points before the implementation of quality control circle activities to 94.23 points after the implementation of quality control circle activities.The difference was statistically significant(t=-12.599,P=0.000).After the implementation of the quality control circle activities,the satisfaction of the inpatients with the nursing work was significantly improved.6.After the quality control circle activities,the eight items such as self-confidence,communication and coordination,work enthusiasm,and quality control techniques in the nurses’comprehensive quality evaluation form were statistically processed and the results showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The quality control circle management tool can effectively improve the effect of traditional Chinese medicine care for patients with fracture pain,improve the patient’s compliance with Chinese medicine care,and significantly improve the patient’s pain symptoms.2.Quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in fracture patients,improve patient quality of life and satisfaction with nursing services.3.Through the quality control circle activities,it can effectively enhance the expressive ability of the team members,mobilize everyone’s enthusiasm,improve the quality of personnel and enhance team agglutination.4.The application of quality control tools in quality control circle can standardize the nursing work process,improve the quality of clinical nursing,and lay a foundation for further deepening the TCM characteristic quality nursing service.It is worthy of wider application. |
