Flavored Right Belongs To The Treatment Of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder Disease

Objective:By studying the clinical observation of Jiawei right GUI Wan on diabetic neurogenic bladder disease,we can further expand the clinical curative effect of modified right GUI pill,so that it can be popularized and applied in clinic.Methods:In this study,60 cases of neurogenic bladder disease with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes diagnosed in inpatients and outpatients of endocrinology Department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 30)and control group(N = 30).Control to oral cobalt amine piece,the treatment group treats in the foundation in the control group and add right to pill medicinal broth flavored,two groups of treatment for8 weeks.Were recorded before and after treatment in both groups of TCM symptoms,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 HPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),blood lipid,bladder residual urine volume and mean urinary flow rate index changes,and collection and analysis,at the same time,record the number of adverse reactions.Result:(1)Compared with before,FBG,2h PBG,Hb Alc and blood lipid of patients in the two groups were improved after treatment,with P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;The comparison of FBG,2h PBG,Hb Alc and blood lipid between the two groups after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P <0.05).(2)The bladder residual urine volume,and mean urine flow rate in both groups were improved before and after treatment,with P < 0.05,indicating statistical significance.The changes of the two groups after treatment were compared,the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group,P value <0.05,indicating statistical significance.(3)according to the standard rate of syndromes,is relatively better than before,after treatment syndromes integral decreased after treatment,P < 0.05,it shows that there are statistically significant;The scores two groups after treatment,the scores in treatment group than the control group decreased significantly,the P values < 0.05,which indicates that has a statistical significance.(4)According to the standard of curative effect,the difference of syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the standard of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% and that of the control group was 47%;Compared with the control group before and after treatment,the p value of the treatment group was less than 0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.According to the curative effect standard of Western medicine,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,and that of the control group was about 47%.Conclusion:Modified Gui Gui Wan can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic neurogenic bladder disease patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and can play an auxiliary role in lowering blood sugar and lipid-lowering,thereby slowing down the development of diabetic neurogenic bladder disease.No adverse reactions occurred in this experiment,and the safety was good.
