| Objective:To observe the clinical manifestations of liver-gastric dysphoric reflux esophagitis,and to observe the curative effect by using Chaihu Shugan Powder and Wubei Powder to provide correlative basis for TCM treatment of reflux esophagitis.Materials and Methods: All the patients were selected from outpatients with spleen and stomach in our hospital from 2017.3-2017.12.All patients were diagnosed by clinical examination and gastroscopy.They all met the diagnostic criteria of modern medical RE and were dialectically analyzed to meet the requirements of liver and stomach disharmony,60 cases.The 60 patients were numbered 1-60 according to the order of visits.The odd numbers were included in the treatment group,and the double numbers were included in the control group.There were 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bupleurum Shugan San and Wubei San Decoction.The control group was treated with Weishu Granule,a proprietary Chinese medicine preparation produced by the Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group.Both groups of patients were continuously taking 2 treatment cycles.One treatment cycle was 4 weeks.After the end of the treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,mucosal scores under gastroscope,and total effective rate were compared.Results:(1)Total score of TCM Syndrome: After taking Chaibeisan group and taking Weishu granule group for comparison before and after treatment(P <0.05),it shows that TCM symptom improvement is better than before treatment;After Chaibeisan group compared with Weishu granule group(P <0.05),the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in Chaibeisan group was significantly better than that of Weishu granule group.In terms of improving the main symptoms,Chaibeisan group and Weishu granule group were compared(P <0.05),Chaibeisan group was better than Weishu granule group;in terms of improving minor diseases,Chaibeisan group and Weishu granule group phase.Statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)Clinical curative effect: The total effective rate was 90.00% in Chaibeisan group and 73.33% in Weishuo group,and the total effective rate was(P <0.05).The total effective rate of Chaibeisan was better than that of stomach.Shu granules group.(3)Endoscopic classification of esophageal mucosa under gastroscope: After treatment,Chaibeisan group and Weishu granule group were compared(P <0.05).The decrease in gastroscope score was better than that of Weishu granule group.(4)Observed adverse reactions: The patients used had no toxic side effects and obvious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion: Compared with Weishu granules for the treatment of RE,Chaibei San has obvious advantages in improving the symptoms of liver-gastric discordant RE.Studies have shown that Chaibeisan can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients and has good clinical curative effect.It is worth Clinically promoted. |
