Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia (liver-stomach Disharmony Syndrome) With Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined With Acupunctur

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with acupuncture on functional dyspepsia(disharmony between liver and stomach).Compare the treatment effects of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine alone,so as to verify the treatment advantages of the combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for functional dyspepsia,and provide clinical data support to provide a better treatment scheme for this disease.Methods: a total of 90 patients who met the criteria were sequentially numbered from 1 to 90 in the order of the visiting time,according to the random number table,and assigned to groups a,B,and C,with 30 patients in each group.Group A: Chaihu Shugan powder internal medicine + acupuncture,2 weeks as a course.Acupuncture was applied once daily for 14 days of treatment with 1 day of rest every 6 days.Group B: internal medicine treatment,administration mode and course of Chaihu Shugan powder the therapeutic part of TCM Decoction of the same group A.Group C:Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets(Chengdu Kanghong Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.,Sinopharm ZH20031110,specification 5mg ×20 tablets)orally,5mg,tid,30 minutes before meals with warm boiled water,the course of treatment is 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy was evaluated based on sf-ndi scores and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the three groups.result:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the effective rates of the three groups were 96.67%,90.00% and 73.33% respectively.The comprehensive curative effect of group A was better than that of group B and group C,and the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Compared with the total score of TCM symptoms,the difference between the three groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05);After treatment,the difference between group A and group B and C was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Compared with sf-ndi score,there was significant difference in sf-ndi score among the three groups after treatment(P < 0.05);After treatment,there were significant differences between group A and group B,group A and group C,group B and group C(P < 0.05).4.Compared with single symptom scores,there was no significant difference among the three groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05);After treatment,group A was better than group C and group B was better than group C in terms of hypochondriac fullness(P < 0.05);In terms of diet reduction and upset,group A was significantly better than group C(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Chaihu Shugan powder combined with acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with disharmony between liver and stomach.It has a significant effect in improving clinical symptoms,especially in the treatment of hypochondriac fullness,reduced diet and upset.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
