Clinical Observation Of Synovitis Ointment In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Purpose:By observing the effect of self-made synovitis ointment on patients with knee osteoarthritis in alleviating joint pain,reducing osteoarthritis index,improving TCM symptoms and knee joint function,this paper provides corresponding theoretical and practical basis for the therapeutic effect of synovitis ointment in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis,100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were screened and collected from September 2020 to may 2021.Adhering to the principle of informed consent,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.Experimental group: patients were treated with the self-made prescription of the synovitis.The medicine was made from Radix Aconiti kudu,Radix Aconiti,Radix noctui,Kam,kaempferi,Xuan Hu,asarum powder,the Baijiu was applied to the affected area with medical cotton pad,and the thin consistency was not used as the standard.Then the medical bandage was used to bind and fix it.Once a day,no more than 6 hours each time,and the treatment course is 4 weeks.Control group: first days after the diagnosis,flurbiprofen gel plaster（Flurbiprofen Cataplasms）was used for external use,1 times each time,2 times a day,affixed to the affected area,the treatment course was 4 weeks.There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups.Lysholm score,VAS score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index,WHOQOL-BREF score,TCM syndrome score,overall efficacy evaluation and safety evaluation were observed before and 4 weeks after treatment.Application spss22 0 software for statistical analysis and processing of data.The differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment were compared.Result:1.Comparison between the two groups after treatment and before treatment: Lysholm score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index,VAS score and WHOQOL-BREF score in the two groups before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,and the overall curative effect evaluation,the difference is statistically significant（P < 0.05）,suggesting that the two treatment methods have therapeutic effects on knee osteoarthritis.2.Comparison between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment: Lysholm score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index,VAS score and WHOQOL-BREF score in the experimental group were improved in varying degrees,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.3.Total effective rate: the total effective rate of the control group was 82%,and that of the experimental group was96%.The overall effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.4.Safety: no serious damage of liver and kidney function was found in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:The research shows that the self-made synovitis ointment can alleviate knee pain,reduce osteoarthritis index,improve TCM symptoms and knee function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Compared with the control group,it has no disadvantage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and has good safety,which provides a new method for external treatment of knee osteoarthritis,It is worthy to be further popularized in clinic.
