| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tiaozhifang in the treatment of patients with dyslipidemia,and provide the basis for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with dyslipidemia.Methods:1.According to the principle of randomized control design,60 patients diagnosed with dyslipidemia in Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups:control group,a total of 30 cases（with standard western medicine treatment）,including 20 males and 10 females,aged33-76 years old,average age 42.03±5.73 years old,course of disease 1-3 years,average 1.6 years;There were 30 cases in the experimental group（on the basis of the treatment in the control group,the self-made Tiaozhi recipe was added）,including 18 males and 12 females,aged 36-78 years,with an average age of 47.75±3.45 years;the course of disease was 1-4years,with an average of 2.1 years;the course of disease was1 to 4 years,with an average of 2.1 years;the course of treatment was 8 weeks.2.To observe the blood lipid levels and the changes of TCM syndromes in the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy of the self-made Tiaozhi recipe in the treatment of dyslipidemia（phlegm-turbid internal resistance and blood stasis syndrome）.3.Observe the safety indicators of blood,urine and feces,liver and kidney function,creatine kinase,blood sugar,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment to evaluate the safety of Tiaozhifang.Statistical analysis:SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis software will be used for calculation.The measurement data is represented by（?）S,and the normality test is carried out.The t test is used for the analysis of the normal distribution,and the rank sum test is used for the non-normal distribution.The count data is analyzed by the X~2test.αwas set to 0.05,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,disease condition,general physical examination items before treatment,TCM symptoms,blood lipid level,routine blood,urine and stool,liver and kidney function,blood sugar and electrocardiogram（P>0.05）.Comparable.2.Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of blood lipids in the experimental group was higher than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the experimental group and the control group before treatment（P>0.05）;there was a significant difference in blood lipid levels in the control group before and after treatment（P<0.05）;the blood lipid levels in the experimental group were significantly improved before and after treatment,and the difference was significant.There was statistical significance（P<0.05）;compared the blood lipid level between the experimental group and the control group after treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.（P<0.05）.4.Comparing the experimental group before treatment with the control group,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores（P>0.05）.After treatment,compared with the control group,the TCM symptom scores in the experimental group decreased better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Academic significance（P<0.05）.5.Comparing the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine between the experimental group and the control group,the effective rate and the effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.6.Safety comparison:Before and after treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in blood,urine and fecal routine,liver and kidney function,blood sugar and electrocardiogram of the two groups of patients,and no adverse events occurred during use.Conclusion:Tiaozhi Fang can improve and regulate lipid metabolism disorder,significantly reduce TC,TG,LDL-C,and increase HDL-C.No obvious toxic side effects and adverse reactions were observed during the medication.Therefore,this clinical trial proves that Tiaozhi Fang is safe and effective in the treatment of dyslipidemia（phlegm-turbid internal resistance and blood stasis syndrome）. |
