Clinical Observation Of Shanzha Jiangzhi Tablet In Treating Dyslipidemia (phlegm Turbidity And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:Through observing the effect of hawthorn fat-lowering tablets on abnormal blood lipids(Turbid-blood-stasis syndrome),to explore its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Collecting 80 patients with abnormal blood lipids from the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,according to the ratio of 1:1,the selected patients were divided into 40 cases in the observation group(Hawthorn fat-lowering tablets)and 40 cases in the control group(Shizeikang capsule)through random table method,the observation group gave hawthorn fat-lowering tablets orally,three times a day,five at a time;the control group was given two doses of blood-fat Kang capsules twice a day,once two tablets,the course of treatment is 8 weeks.To observe the blood lipid index of two groups of subjects before and after treatment,improvement of TCM syndromes and the associated security analysis.Result:1.Hyperlipidemia index and efficacy comparison:(1)When comparing in the group,TC、TG、LDL-C were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05);TC、TG、LDL-C were significantly different in control group before and after treatment(P<0.05.(2)When comparing between groups: There were no significant difference between the two groups of TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of curative effect between two groups before and after treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was 85.0 %,and that of the control group was 77.5 %,after the card inspection,it was found that P>0.05,no statistical significance.2.Comparison of TCM symptoms: The total effective rate of the observation group in improving TCM score was 85.0 %,the total effective rate of the control group in improving TCM score was 62.5 %,after card inspection,P < 0.05,statistically significant.3.Security detection: There were no adverse drug reactions or toxic side effects in the two groups.Before and after treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in blood and urine routine and liver and kidney function.Conclusion:1.Hawthorn fat-lowering tablets have a good effect on abnormal blood lipids(Turbid-blood-stasis syndrome).2.Hawthorn fat-lowering tablets can significantly improve the Chinese medicine symptoms of patients with abnormal blood lipid(Turbid-blood-stasis syndrome).3.Hawthorn fat-lowering tablets have good safety in the treatment of abnormal blood lipid(Turbid-blood-stasis syndrome).
