Based On Data Mining,the Study On The Medication Rules Of Qing Dynasty Treatment Sleeplessness Was Analyzed

Objective: This study will collect the medical records of Qing Dynasty physicians for the treatment of insomnia,and use the method of data mining to conduct a retrospective study on the medical records of Qing Dynasty physicians for insomnia,and excavate their medication rules for the treatment of insomnia,in order to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of insomnia.provide some guidance.Methods The screening conditions for medical records were set,and the medical records were limited to the Qing Dynasty（1636-1912）.Searching for insomnia medical records with keywords such as "mubuming",and collecting medical records in directories including comprehensive medical books,medical records,medical essays,and notes miscellaneous records.Combined with the books in the library to collect insomnia medical records,use Excel to build a medical record database,and use the "Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China"（2020 edition）,"Chinese Materia Medica" and other reference books to analyze the names of traditional Chinese medicines in the medical records after collecting the medical records.Standardize,import the Excel medical formula table collected from the "Chinese Medical Code" into the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform（V2.3.5）in batches,and once again use the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform to standardize the medicine,standardize its name,and convert the standardized medical records.Import prescriptions into the analysis pool,and analyze the frequency of drug use,the distribution of high-frequency drugs,the distribution of four qi and five flavors of drugs,the function of drugs,and the association and clustering of drugs with the help of traditional Chinese medicine statistics,data mining,association analysis,cluster analysis and other functions.rule.And with the help of network pharmacology method,the high-frequency drug pairs were further excavated,and finally the conclusions obtained were discussed and analyzed.Results（1）A total of 298 prescriptions that meet the conditions were collected,a total of 520 drugs,the frequency of use was 3077,and there were 22 drugs with a drug frequency of ≥ 30 times,and the frequencies were from high to the end,such as Poria,Sour Jujube Kernel,Banxia,Poria Sativa,White Peony,Shou Wu Teng,Ground Yellow,Licorice,Bamboo Ru,Dendrobium,Huang Lian,Jujube,Yuanzhi,Mai Dong,Longan Meat,Sichuan Shellfish,Tangerine Peel,Angelica,Xuan Ginseng,Zhimu,Almond,And Barley Rice.（2）The total frequency of the four gases was 2439 times,of which the flat was the main（635 times,accounting for 20.64%）,followed by slight cold（535 times,accounting for 17.39%）,temperature（534 times,accounting for 17.35%）,and cold（464 times,accounting for 15.08%）.The use of fever,fever,and cold drugs is rare.The number of five flavor statistics is 10,the total frequency is 3862 times,and the five flavors are mainly sweet,which are used 1480 times,accounting for 48.10%;followed by bitter taste,which is used 847 times,accounting for 27.53%;spicy taste 655 times,accounting for 21.29%.Less astringent and savory herbs are used.Through the analysis,the total efficacy is 431,and the total frequency is 7072 times.The highest frequency of drug efficacy was Ning Xin（176 times）accounting for 5.72%,followed by dry and humidified phlegm（145 times）accounting for 4.71%,blood nourishment and tranquility（144 times）accounting for 4.68%,clear heat and cool blood（139 times）accounted for 4.52%,and Lishui（116 times）accounted for 3.77%.There are 12 statistics of the total frequency of 6064 times,ranking first is the heart meridian,the frequency is 1164 times,accounting for 37.83%;followed by the lung meridian,the frequency of1097 times,accounting for 35.65%;the spleen meridian frequency of 974 times accounted for 31.65%;the liver meridian frequency of 825 times accounted for 26.81%;the stomach meridian 780 times accounted for25.35%;the kidney meridian 665 times accounted for 21.61%.The distribution of drugs is mainly based on the heart,lungs,spleen,liver,stomach,kidneys and other meridians,and the frequency of passages of the bladder,trifocal,small intestine,and pericardium is less frequent.（3）Through correlation analysis,a total of 7 pairs of associated drug combinations were obtained,namely "Poria-Shou Wu Teng","Poria-Sour Jujube Kernel","Longan Meat-Sour Jujube Kernel","Poria-Yuanzhi","Sour Jujube Kernel-Licorice","Sour Jujube Kernel-Yuanzhi","Banxia-Rice".（4）Cluster analysis of the medicinal taste of the top 30 frequencies was performed to obtain 5 new combinations.The first group was sour jujube kernels;the second group was Poria and Shou Wu Teng;the third group was Poria and Dendrobium;the fourth group was Bamboo Ru,Banxia,and Barley Rice;the fifth group was White Peony,Ground Yellow,Licorice,Yuanzhi,Huanglian,Mai Dong,Jujube,Longan Meat,Tangerine Peel,Cypress Kernel,Angelica,Ripe Ground,Sichuan Shellfish,Almond,Spiral Flower,Xuan Ginseng,Zhimu,Oyster,Peony Peel,Stone Calamus,Ginseng,Ginseng,Orange Red.（5）The network pharmacology analysis was carried out on the Poria cocos-shouwu vine drug pair,and it was found that the key active ingredients of the drug pair in the treatment of insomnia were ivygrein,quercetin,luteolin,and dibutyl phthalate.related to the regulation of inflammatory responses.The main targets,IL6,TNF,VEGFA,IL1 B,AKT1,PTGS2,CASP3,IL10,MMP9,CXCL8,etc.,are involved in processes such as inflammatory response,apoptosis,and melatonin expression.GO functional enrichment and KEGG signaling pathway suggested that the target was related to neurotransmitter release,cell metabolism,inflammatory response and other processes.Conclusion Qing Dynasty physicians treated sleepless medicinal properties based on flat,slightly cold,warm and cold,and the medicinal taste was mainly sweet,bitter and hard;the medicine was concentrated in the heart,lungs,spleen,liver,and stomach meridians;mainly to calm the heart,dry and humidify phlegm,nourish blood and calm the spirit as the main treatment.The mechanism by which core drugs treat insomnia with Poria-Shou wu teng may be related to processes such as neurotransmitter release,cell metabolism,and inflammatory response.
