| Objective:This study collected and sorted out the medical records of doctors treating hypochondriac disease in the Qing Dynasty,analyzed and studied the academic thoughts,medication rules and medication characteristics of doctors in the Qing Dynasty,and summarized the obtained data digitally.It is helpful to diagnose and treat hypochondriasis in modern Chinese medicine.Method:1.The medical records of hypochondriac pain treated by doctors in Qing Dynasty were collected and sorted out.2.The important data in the medical cases of hypochondriac pain were counted and analyzed by using some software include the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical cases.3.The results of data mining were discussed and analyzed,and the academic thoughts,rules and characteristics of medication in the treatment of hypochondriac disease in the Qing Dynasty were summarized.Results:1.After collection and sorting,a total of 203 medical cases met the requirements,and the basic information of 203 medical cases in the database was statistically analyzed,and the clinical symptoms of hypochondriac disease were more common,including hypochondriac pain,cough,phlegm,chest pain and fever.2.The total frequency of occurrence of TCM in this study was 1,934 times,including300 kinds of medicines in total.At the same time,all TCM were summarized,the four properties were warm and slightly cold,the five tastes were bitter and sweet.The main channel is lung;The main effect is to regulate qi.10 similar prescriptions and 6 contained prescriptions were obtained.3.Statistical analysis was made on all the Chinese medicines used in the 203 cases of medical records,cluster analysis of the top 30 medicines,and sorted out the following four groups: Group 1: Dried Dendrobium dendrobium,Ophiopogon ophiopogon,Coptis chinensis,Coix seed,Wuzhuyu,Xiangfu,processed licorice,Moutan bark,gardenia,Yu Jin,peach kernel,mint,antelope horn,mulberry leaf,loquat leaf,Fritillaria fritillaria,bitter almond,bamboo shavings,loofah,spiral covered flower;The second group: tangerine peel,poria cocos,pinellia;The third group: Atractylodes atractylodes,ginseng,scutellaria,bupleurum and licorice;The fourth group: Angelica sinensis,Paeony.4.After complex analysis of the data of 203 cases,the main drug pairs were obtained,including tangerine peel--Poria cocos,poria cocos--Tangerine peel,paeoniae Radix--tangerine peel,bupleurum--glycyrrhiza.Conclusion: Doctors in the Qing Dynasty paid more attention to the selection of drugs in the treatment of hypochondriac disease,and the drugs were mainly those that entered the lung,spleen and stomach channels,were warm and slightly cold,and tasted bitter and sweet.The efficacy of the drug is mainly to moisten the intestine and relieve constipation,dry dampness and phlegm,clearing heat and detoxifying.In the medical records of the Qing Dynasty,the hypochondriac disease was characterized by the obstruction of qi and liver organs.The main efficacy of the drug is to moisten the intestine and relieve defecation,dry dampness and dissipate phlegm,clearing heat and detoxifying.In the treatment of hypocholic pain in the Qing Dynasty,the theory of "lung main Qi" was also paid attention to the treatment of diseases.The regulation of lung qi was helpful to the patency of the whole body qi,so as to improve the cure rate of hypocholic pain,which widened the idea of treating severe hypocholic pain in the treatment of liver for modern doctors. |
