Study On Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis Complicated With Thyroid Nodules Based On Data Mining

Objective:This study collected the medication prescriptions of inpatients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules in Optics Valley Endocrinology Department of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,used the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform for mining and analysis,summarized the prescription rules,and provided medication guidance for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 183 cases of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules hospitalized in Optics Valley Endocrinology Department of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were collected.General information and prescription medication of patients were recorded.After standardized treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine,they were recorded into the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform.Statistical analysis,correlation and cluster analysis were used to analyze gender,age,medication frequency,drug attribute and drug compatibility.Results:1.Gender and age statistics showed that women outnumber men.The ratio of men to women is 1:5.8.The age was concentrated in 30-50 years old,accounting for 57.38% of the total.2.Drug frequency statistics showed that commonly used drugs include Bupleurum,Prunella vulgaris,Catclaw grass,Poria cocos,Curcuma aromatica,etc.3.The attribute analysis of traditional Chinese medicine showed that the four Qi were mainly warm,cold and flat;The five flavors were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;The meridians were mainly liver,lung and spleen meridians;The main drug effects were clearing away heat and toxin,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,soothing liver and relieving depression,etc.4.Correlation analysis showed that the top 5 drug combinations were Scutellaria baicalensis and Bupleurum,Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos,Angelica sinensis and Bupleurum,Tangerine bark and Pinellia ternata,Curcuma aromatica and Bupleurum.5.Cluster analysis was carried out on the top 30 high-frequency drugs,and four drug combinations were obtained:（1）Bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis,Prunella vulgaris,catclaw grass and Curcuma aromatica;（2）Pinellia ternata,Tangerine peel,Fritillaria thunbergii,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala;（3）Licorice,Astragalus membranaceus,Rhizoma Dioscorea Nipponica,White peony,Angelica sinensis;（4）Tangerine Seed,Cremastra appendiculata,red peony,Euonymus alatus,dandelion,Radix scrophulariae,Cortex moutan,Raw radix rehmanniae,Fu Shen,Fructus aurantii,Ligusticum wallichii,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,Fructus toosendan,Rhizoma Cyperi,Codonopsis pilosula.6.Complex network analysis showed that the core drug combinations were Bupleurum,Prunella vulgaris,Curcuma aromatica,catclaw grass,Scutellaria baicalensis,Angelica sinensis,Pinellia ternata,Tangerine peel,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,White peony and Rhizoma Dioscorea Nipponica.Conclusion:Through data mining analysis,it was concluded that the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules mostly used Bupleurum,Prunella vulgaris,catclaw grass,Curcuma aromatica,Poria cocos and other drugs to soothe the liver and relieve depression,clear away heat and fire,dissipate phlegm and disperse knot;Warm,bitter and liver meridian returning drugs are commonly used in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules.Four drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,and the core drug combination composed of 12 drugs was obtained by complex network analysis,which can provide a new idea for the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis complicated with nodules with traditional Chinese medicine.
