Analysis Of TCM Syndromes And Medication Rules Of Thyroid Nodule Based On Data Mining

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the main TCM syndromes and medication rules of thyroid nodule with the assistance of TCM inheritance platform system software.Methods: by retrieval China hownet,self-built ten thousand square,weipu database to traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodule literature in December 2020 as data sources,filtering and establish the database,use the data mining methods such as frequency statistics,the principle of correlation,the main TCM syndrome types of thyroid nodule,medication rule analysis,etc.RESULTS: A total of 311 prescriptions were selected to meet the standards,involving 246 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and 54 TCM syndromes were counted out.According to the frequency of occurrence from high to low,the first 5 syndromes were syndrome of mutual combination of phlegm and stasis,syndrome of qi stagnation and sputum blocking,syndrome of qi stagnation and spittoon coagulation and blood stasis,syndrome of liver stagnation and qi stagnation.For 50 drugs with use frequency ≥15,52 core drug combinations and 26 new prescriptions were discovered.CONCLUSIONS: Systematic analysis of the distribution of main TCM syndromes and corresponding prescriptions and medication rules of thyroid nodule with the assistance of TCM inheritance platform is helpful to provide corresponding basis for clinical application of TCM.
