ObjectiveBased on v evil theory, analysis of hypertension in the process of "fire" "phlegm" "blood stasis" three evil pathogenic characteris tics, study different v in the process of hypertension and to cause the general clinical data and the correlation of clinical and biochemical indicators, for v evil theory provides the basis for prevention and control of hypertension and reference,to guide the early diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.MethodsPatients hospitalized in traditional Chinese Medicine wards of Hubei Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2019 to October 2021 were collected.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,150 qualified cases were finally included.General information(gender, age, height, weight, medical history, etc.)and clinical examination(blood lipids, carotid plaque,IMT,end-diastolic left ventricular diameter, etc.)of the included cases were collected accordingly, and all the collected data were recorded in the case data collection table. Finally,SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze the distribution characteristics of different pathogenic factors and the correlation between different pathogenic factors and general information(gender, age, height, weight, medical history, etc.)and clinical examination(blood lipid, carotid plaque,IMT,end-diastolic left ventricular diameter,etc.).To explore the influence of three kinds of latent pathogens on TCM syndrome types and the relationship among the three syndrome types in the process of hypertension.Results1.General clinical data: among the 150 subjects, the number of sputum pathogenic cases was the largest,63 cases, accounting for 42% of the total number of cases. In terms of gender distribution, male patients were more than female patients, with 89 cases of male(59.3%)and 61 cases of female(40.7%).In terms of age distribution, the mean age of patients was 51 years, the oldest age was 75 years, and the youngest age was 32 years. In terms of disease course distribution, the mean longest course of disease was 35 years and the shortest was 1 year. The number of sputum pathogenic cases was the largest(63 cases),accounting for 42% of the total number of cases, followed by fire pathogenic cases(45 cases),accounting for30% of the total number of cases, and blood stasis pathogenic cases(42 cases)were the least, accounting for 28% of the total number of cases. There was no difference in gender relationship between different latent pathogens and patients.Hypertension is influenced by age and course of disease.Short course of disease and young age were mainly caused by phlegm and fire, while long course of disease and old age were mainly caused by blood stasis.2.BMI index: there were significant differences between different pathogenic factors and BMI index. The sputum pathogenic group was significantly higher than the fire pathogenic group and the blood stasis pathogenic group, and the fire pathogenic group was higher than the blood stasis pathogenic group.3.Comparison of blood pressure results: the highest blood pressure and average blood pressure of patients with different pathogenic factors were significantly different(P< 0.01).The results of pair-to-pair-comparison(LSD)showed that the maximum blood pressure and average blood pressure in the fire pathogenic group were significantly higher than those in the phlegm pathogenic group and the blood stasis pathogenic group, the highest blood pressure in the phlegm pathogenic group was higher than that in the blood stasis pathogenic group, and there was no statistical difference in the average blood pressure between the phlegm pathogenic group and the blood stasis pathogenic group.4.Carotid artery plaque and middle artery intima thickness:Statistical results showed that there was no statistical significance between different pathogenic factors and the characteristics of carotid artery plaque(P > 0.05),and the proportion of hard plaque in different pathogenic factors was the highest. There was significant difference between different latent pathogens and CIMT values(P < 0.01).The left CIMT value in the blood stasis group was significantly higher than that in the phlegm pathogenic group and blood stasis pathogenic group. The right CIMT value of sputum pathogenic group was significantly higher than that of fire pathogenic group and blood stasis pathogenic group.5.Blood lipid: There were significant differences in triglyceride and total cholesterol in hypertensive patients caused by different pathogenic factors(P < 0.01),while there were no significant differences in high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein in hypertensive patients caused by different pathogenic factors(P > 0.05).The pair-wise comparison showed that the total cholesterol and triglyceride of sputum pathogenic group were significantly higher than those of blood stasis pathogenic group and fire pathogenic group(P < 0.05).6.Left ventricular diameter at the end of diastolic period:there was no significant difference in left ventricular diameter at the end of diastolic period in hypertensive patients with different pathogenic factors(P > 0.05).Conclusion1.The occurrence and course evolution of hypertension are consistent with the pathogenic characteristics of latent pathogens,so the author thinks hypertension belongs to latent pathogens.2.The pathological factors of hypertension are sputum, fire and blood stasis, and sputum may be the most important pathogenic factor of hypertension.3.With the growth of patients’ age and the prolongation of their medical history, various pathogenic factors influence and transform each other;...
