After this experiment, theory-based TCM etiology, so deficiency in mice with cagebirth, build a " congenital volt cold" mouse model, the observed changes in animal models ofimmune-related factors, as well as giving the cold particles intervention volts correspondingindex changes for in-depth study of the "innate volt cold" syndrome pathological basis andmechanism of action underlying the cold side, to explore.Literature ReviewSummary I: The main deficiency model, the study of TCM syndrome model modelingmethods and other aspects of the model determines indicators were reviewed and werereviewed and discussed.Summary II: From the genetic point of view of the theory of traditional Chinese medicinewere discussed, including the "kidney of the birth of the" theory, endowment theory, geneticresearch progress of modern medicine, congenital genetic predisposition syndromes volt coldareas were discussed.Experimental StudyExperiment1: Experimental studies in animal models of deficiencyThrough replication complex factor deficiency model modeling method. Select the4-week-old Wistar rats50, established deficiency model group and normal control group, deficiency model group were given intraperitoneal injection of hydrocortisone for14days,while an additional chill factor (cold water swimming); normal controls group routinefeeding. After modeling the completion of the general state of deficiency model group andnormal control group ’s performance, serum levels of immune factors and serum hormone levels were evaluated. Results: The general state of performance, deficiency model group andnormal control group appeared inhibited state, the performance of listlessness, weight loss, poor coat gloss, hair shaft obvious reaction decreased sensitivity, like crowded together, stools were characterized by high humidity. Compared with normal control group, serumdeficiency model hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6,IL-4concentrations showed elevated (P <0.05), whichis more obvious changes in IL-4(P <0.01). Serum IFN-γ, IFN-γ/IL-4ratio decreased (P<0.01), serum cortisol, ACTH, T3, T4, TSH levels were lower (P <0.05). Conclusion: Themethod of cortisone while additional cold factor deficiency model obtained by injectionhydride, in a general state of performance, immune factors and serum levels of the hormonelevels in line with the evaluation criteria deficiency in animal models, suggesting thatdeficiency model modeling success.Experiment2:Experimental studies in animal models of Pathogenic Incubative coldIn this study, congenital volt cold syndrome pathogenesis theory to replicate an animalmodel of congenital volt cold. So deficiency model mice with cage birth, congenital volts getcold animal models. Establishment of congenital volt cold model group, deficiency modelgroup. General state model mice showed, claws temperature and immune-related factors(hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, Th subsets) levels were evaluated before and after the oral cavity. Results: The mouse model of congenital volt cold deficiency compared with the sameweek-old mice with the general aspects of the performance of the state to reduce the weightslightly, fur gloss worse, piloerection phenomenon is more obvious, less responsiveness, likecrowded together with each other for heating, increased water intake, higher fecal moisture;mouth, front claws temperature lower (P <0.05); immune-related factors in serum hs-CRP,IL-6, IL-4levels increased (P <0.05), TNF-α levels increased (P <0.01), IFN-γ levels,Th1/Th2ratio decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Congenital volt cold state in the generalperformance of a mouse model, the temperature around the mouth and jaw areas in line withthe innate immune-related factors underlying cold syndrome characteristics.Experiment3:Impact volt volt cold cold particles on mouse immune-related congenitalfactor levelsThe mold has become a mouse model of congenital volt cold to touch the ball with Lawvolt cold particles were divided into groups, kidney pill group, the control group were given volt cold particles, kidney pills and distilled water for14days. Results: Compared withbefore treatment, mental state volt cold particles group of mice with kidney pills over theprevious recovery, weight increase over the previous fur gloss improvement, increaseresponsiveness, improve vertical hair phenomena than before, water intake over the previousreduced, often crowded together like phenomenon reduced stool previous dry. Volt coldparticles compared with mice Shenqiwan mice improved more significantly. No significantchanges in the control group of mice. Oral and front and rear claws temperature, voltcomparison with the control group and the group of cold particles Shenqiwan mice werepicked up, which volt cold particles comparison group and the control group (P <0.01),kidney pill group and the control group contrast (P <0.05), cold-volt particle group andkidney pills comparison group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, serum volt coldparticle group hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-4was reduced, levels of IFN-γ and Th1/Th2ratioincreased (P <0.01); and blank control group, serum kidney pill group hs-CRP, IL-4wasreduced, levels of IFN-γ and Th1/Th2ratio increased (P <0.01), serum TNF-α, IL-6levelslower (P <0.05); mice with kidney contrast pills, granules group volt cold serum hs-CRP,TNF-α, IL-6, IL-4, IFN-γ, Th1/Th2ratio improved more significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion:V cold particles can effectively improve the innate immune factors underlying the cold mousemodel of the disorder state, more effective than kidney pills. By measuring card side, suggesting congenital volt cold mouse model of the experimental method to get the state ingeneral terms of performance and immune-related factors underlying cold syndrome andcongenital match.
