| Objectives To analyze blood pressure distribution status of front-line iron and steel workers and to investigate the factors influencing blood pressure level, and to explore the effect of high temperature operation on the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, respectively, so as to provide scientific basis for reducing hypertension prevalence rate of front-line iron and steel workers and the like. Methods 2798 front-line workers who had participated in the occupational health examination were selected as the research object.1070 workers exposed to the high temperature working environment were taken as the study group.1728 workers beyond the high temperature working environment were taken as the control group. Epidemiological data was collected through questionnaire. Physical examination was followed by the unified standard. The high temperature monitoring data of working environment was collected through national standard.Epidata software was used to establish database and input data and to organize the data. The SPSS 17.0 was used to describe the basic characteristics of the temperature field and the research object; The chi-square test and the ANOVA analysis was used to analyze the single factor of delamination;the logistic regression analysis to control the mixed multiple factors analysis, discusses the influencing factors of blood pressure and high temperature, high temperature performance rating effects on blood pressure changes. Results 1 The high temperature operating environment WBGT index is in the range from26℃to 35℃, the average value is(30.5±2.1) ℃, operating time per working day exposed to high temperature is in the range from 60 min to 480 min, the average value is(187.4±148.1) min in Tangshan steel groups. 2 The group Steelworker average prevalence rate of hypertension was 30.7%, the standard prevalence of hypertension high temperature and control group were 41.7% and 29.4%, respectively. prehypertension rate was 43.3% and 53.7%, respectively. the difference has statistical difference(c2=94.247,P<0.01). 3 Prevalence of hypertension rate showed an upward trend with the increase of age, length of service, BMI, high temperature operation level; High sodium diet, smoking, alcohol, stress, genetic history of hypertension in the prevalence of hypertension was higher(P<0.05) than that of no these, there were no influence on blood pressure of ethnicity, marital status, type of work changes(P> 0.05). 4 Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that factors affecting the rate of prehypertension have BMI and high-temperature operation level and risk factors affecting the prevalence of hypertension include age, body mass index, length of service, smoking, drinking, family history, long-term mental tension and high- temperature operation level, and protective factors had high educational level. 5 The average values of SBP、DBP for control group were(125.2±17.0) mm Hg and(81.2±8.6) mm Hg, respectively. The average values of SBP, DBP for hyperthermia group were(12.9±16.5) mm Hg and(85.7±11.6 mm Hg), respectively. With the increase of the high temperature, the mean value of DBP and SBP increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the abnormal rate of DBP was 35.6% and the abnormal rate of SBP was 17.3% in the high temperature working environment. Conclusions 1 The factors that affect the rate of normal high blood pressure are BMI, high temperature operation level.2 In this paper, The harmful factors that affect the prevalence of hypertension are age, body mass index, length of service, smoking, drinking, family history, long-term mental stress, high-temperature operation level; protective factor is high cultural level. 3 With the increase of the high temperature operation level, the mean value of DBP and SBP also increases, and the influence on abnormal rate of SDP is greater than that of the abnormal rate of SBP. |
