| Objective: In this study,we measured the expression of lnc RNA-ANRIL in the experimental group and the control group, evaluated its predictive ability for dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),and followed up the relationship between lnc RNA-ANRIL,related clinical indexes and the prognosis of dilated cardiomyopathy. This is expected to provide a new candidate target for the treatment of DCM.Methods: DCM patients hospitalized in cardiology department from October 2020 to August 2021 were continuously selected as DCM group(n=57);At the same time, the age and gender matched healthy examiners in the health examination center and DCM group were included as the control group(n=52).QRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of lnc RNA-ANRIL.The occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with DCM was recorded through six-month follow-up to further observe the relationship between lnc RNA-ANRIL,related clinical indicators and the prognosis of DCM.The related risk factors of DCM were analyzed by logistic regression model. In order to judge the authenticity of the diagnostic test,we calculate the area under the ROC curve(AUC).In order to analyze the relationship between lnc RNA-ANRIL and other clinical indicators and the prognosis of DCM patients,Cox proportional hazards model was used. Results: Compared with the control group, the expression of lnc RNA-ANRIL was increased in DCM group(1.33 ± 0.70 vs 0.99 ± 0.45,P<0.05).Independent risk factors for DCM included lnc RNA-ANRIL,neutrophil percentage and uric acid, which were analyzed by multiple logistic regression model.ROC curve shows that lnc RNA-ANRIL can distinguish between DCM and control groups(AUC=0.661,95% CI0.557 ~ 0.765,P<0.05).The expression of lnc RNA-ANRIL>1.54 is the best critical point of ROC curve, with the corresponding sensitivity of0.404 and specificity of 0.923.The indexes that can predict MACE include activated partial thrombin time and LVEF,which are obtained by single factor Cox regression analysis.Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that only LVEF was helpful to judge the adverse outcomes of DCM patients.Whether univariate Cox regression or multivariate Cox regression, lnc RNA-ANRIL can not predict the occurrence of MACE in patients with DCM.Conclusion: In patients with DCM,the expression of lnc RNA-ANRIL increased.Lnc RNA-ANRIL,percentage of neutrophils and uric acid may be independent risk factors for DCM.The expression of lnc RNA-ANRIL>1.54 may be a biomarker for the diagnosis of DCM patients.Left ventricular ejection fraction is an independent predictor of MACE in patients with DCM.The increased expression of lnc RNA-ANRIL can not judge the short-term(six-month)prognosis of patients with DCM. |
