Objective:This study aimed to explore clinical indicators that predict the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy(IDCM),and explore the correlation between and among myocardium remodeling indicators,cardiac function and the left ventricular systolic function,and realize the diagnosis and treatment in patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy in our hospital.Methods:The First Part:59 patients with IDCM,including 39 males and 20 females,were researched.Their average age was 59.66 ± 14.77.We collected and recorded clinical material of them,including cardiac function(NYHA class),left ventricular ejection fraction(LUEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LUEDD),treatment condition,et al.We calculated T values(T= LVEDD/body surface area),and calculated Q score which score from cardiovascular events happened in patients with IDCM.Q score means the risk-datamation of cardiovascular events.It was concluded the possible correlation among NYHA class,LVEDD,LVEF and T values by analyzing relationship of them.It was concluded the best clinical indicator to predict the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with IDCM.The Second Part:According to the grade of NYHA class,LVEDD,LVEF and T values,we divided the 59 cases into different groups.It was concluded the differences of different clinical indicators predicting the risk of various kinds of cardiovascular events by comparing different groups of the clinical indicators.Results:The First Part:From the analysis of NYHA class,LVEDD,LVEF and T values,we can see the obvious positive correlation relationship between LVEDD and T values(p values<0.05).We also can see the obvious negative correlation relationship between LVEDD and LVEF,between T values and LVEF,between NYHA class and LVEF(p values<0.05).All this had a significant statistical meaning.The coefficient of T values was significantly higher than LVEDD and NYHA class.The Second Part:We can see the obvious positive correlation relationship between Q score or Q score of ventricular arrhythmias and NYHA class or T values(p values<0.05),and see the obvious negative correlation relationship between Q score or Q score of ventricular arrhythmias and LVEF(p values<0.05).All this had a significant statistical meaning.The coefficient between Q score and other indicators from large to small was LVEF,NYHA class,T values.The coefficient between Q score and other indicators from large to small was NYHA class,LVEF,T values.We can’t see the obvious correlation relationship between Q score or Q score of ventricular arrhythmias and LVEDD(p values>0.05).With the rise of Q score or Q score of ventricular arrhythmias,LVEDD increased within limits(p values<0.05).The Third Part:Compare the incidence of various kinds of cardiovascular events in the different grade of the different clinical indicators.With the rise of NYHA class,the incidence of dropsy of serous cavity increased.With the fall of LVEF,the incidence of heart valve disease and left bundle branch block increased.With the rise of T values,the incidence of hypotension(<90/60 mmHg)and heart valve disease increased.With the rise of LVEDD,the incidence of supraventricular arrhythmia increased.P values<0.05,significant difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:The First Part:With the fall of LVEF,T values and LVEDD increased,NYHA ’class increased.It didn’t have the obvious correlation relationship between NYHA classand T values or LVEDD.The Second Part:T values can be used as myocardium remodeling indicators.It can replace or even better than LVEDD to a certain extent.The Third Part:We can see the obvious correlation relationship between the risk of cardiovascular events and T values or NYHA class or LVEF in patients with IDCM.With exacerbation of left ventricular remodeling,and fall of NYHA class,and fall of left ventricular systolic function,the incidence of various kinds of cardiovascular events increased.LVEDD predicted the risk of cardiovascular events to a certain extent.The Forth Part:Different clinical indicators can predict different kinds of cardiovascular events...
